Welcome to Carolina Beach Club 428! A true oceanside gem!

This stunning 4th-floor oceanside villa has been beautifully remodeled and offers a fresh, modern feel with new flooring, furnishings, appliances, and kitchen countertops.

This villa features 2 bedrooms, including a master with a queen-sized bed and a guest room with two twin-sized beds. It also has 2 bathrooms and a combined living/dining area. Enjoy ocean views from the living room!

Nestled on the south end of the island along South Forest Beach Drive, just a short stroll from Coligny Plaza. Carolina Beach Club is a prime oceanside property, located approximately 70 yards from the beach.

Wonderful property! The location was absolutely perfect for our beach week. The grounds are beautiful and the access was easy. We flew in from out of state so being able to easily rent beach chairs and an umbrella was a relief. The property was renovated and clean, and had everything we needed for the week.

Grounds are beautiful and well kept. Very clean grounds and beautiful pools. Condo was as expected. Small but plenty for a small family. Very friendly staff and check in process.

Great Location

Right on the beach with a partial view. Clean updated place, rather small, nicely done. You get most of the amenities of the Hilton, which is a huge perk. We would stay here again.

Nice unit

Updated unit, very clean, great bathrooms and hardwood floors. Excellent location to beach and easy walking to Coligny food and shops.

Carolina Beach Club

We enjoyed our vacation. The location was right on the beach. The swimming pool was beautiful and included a separate hot tub. The outdoor bar and grill was right there near the pool and beach. The master bedroom was especially nice. The second bedroom had twin beds and was rather dark. Overall though it was nicely decorated and comfortable. There was a small balcony with a tall table and two chairs and an electric grill. We used this area all the time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely and convenient location. This is the second time I’ve stayed at Carolina Beach Club. Great beach access and pool. Can walk to many things. Unit is updated and nicely decorated. Parking is a little tight. No extra pillows, blankets, or linens found in this unit and the sheets and towels were rough as sandpaper. One bedroom was freezing while the other was too warm. Otherwise no issues. Someone was checking arm bands at the pool and lots of people not supposed to be there so it was good to see enforcement bc some days it was packed. Cons were minor and easily fixable.

Great amenities and location.

Cute place. The location and property amenities at this place are great! Only downfall was having issues with our key pad password, but the management was quick to help. Our key code also stopped working the day before scheduled check out. The property manager staff was readily available to help, but was an inconvenience. Only downside was the condo was not detail cleaned, mostly in showers. Mattress could use upgrade as well. Kitchen untencils/serve ware amenities lacking too.

Nice cozy condo

Clean and nicely updated. Nice side ocean view! Comfortable beds and furnishings. Nice showers in both baths. Pool and beach access and amenities are awesome. Some things needing work: patio door needs replaced, patio carpet is old/stained, no hooks for wet towels/suits (this has been mentioned by others and a huge inconvenience at the beach! You could hang several hooks in hallway and/or bathrooms), tiny kitchen trash can fills and needs taken out daily, two very small dull knives, no cutting boards, no cereal bowls. Guest room bathroom door collides with bedroom entry door and no hallway access to either bathroom. Building is older which means slow, hot elevator (that doesn’t always work, doors wouldn’t open several times on 4th floor and took you back down). We love this location but for the reasons stated above we would choose a different unit next time.

Thank you for your review. Owner is putting up more towel hooks and a towel rack on the balcony this weekend. Elevator is being replaced this fall. Corner cabinet has to be opened all the way to expose all of the dishes and bowls. Just came from there and there is a whole stack of nice bowls. Sliding door does need to have one of its' rollers replace, they tend to corrode in the salt air.

Beautiful Condo ! Perfect location!

Beautiful clean and well decorated 2 bed/2 bath condo. This has obviously been given a high end remodel. Cabinetry and tiling in both bathrooms was well done. Furnishings comfortable and attractive. We did not cook but the kitchen has everything you need. Coffee maker is brew type and has its own filter. 2nd bedroom is small and has 2 twin beds but a large bathroom w walk in shower. No tub in this unit. Bring your own beach towels and blow dryer. Nice partial view of the ocean. 2 very pretty pools are on the property. You will get a pass card and wrist bands. There is a cafe/bar right at the pool which is great for food and drinks. The beach is just beyond the pool. It is a beautiful beach that you can walk on for miles. This condo is 1/2 mile walk from Coligny Plaza which has a lot of restuarants, shops and bars. Very casual and fun. You couldnt ask for a better location.

Great stay at the Carolina Beach Club 9/2022

The t.v. doesn't have the normal cable/satellite hookup and with no instruction, we never did figure it out. Furniture is ok. After check in, we found it difficult to find the unit (map given at check in wasn't the best). Elevator could use a tune-up. Can be difficult to find a parking spot if returning after 9PM. Keyless entry was nice.Enjoyed the Ocean Oak amenities and beach was nice. Not sure why but at check in was only given 1 card to access the amenities which was inconvenient. Close to the plaza, shopping and restaurants. Overall would recommend the unit to others.

Needs a deep clean

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Smart use of space, new appliances, functional and attractive, but this unit is in need of a deep clean and touching up. One doesn't have to look hard to notice dirt and crumbs collected in corners, along baseboards, etc. Outdoor carpet on balcony was filthy when we arrived- had clearly not been vacuumed in some time (credit to maintenance for addressing quickly when we called). Hole in the duvet, lots of scuff marks on walls, and light in ceiling fan did not work when we arrived (again, credit to maintenance who ended up replacing the fan). Also, some inexpensive additions would make this unit much more functional for guests: a vacuum (surprised property management doesn't require), foldable drying rack (1 towel bar/bathroom does not cut it for bath towels, beach towels, and swimsuits), and a decent corkscrew. Overall impression is that while care went into renovating this unit, it is not well cared for on a weekly basis. Great location and amenities at Carolina Beach Club.
