This upscale home has all the space, modern amenities, and access to nearby attractions needed to be the perfect Massanutten mountain getaway you and your family have been searching for!

Beautiful property, we loved the outdoor space and hot tub plus having 6 deer visit while we were sitting outside Saturday at dusk. We hope to return in the winter to ski.

Great Cozy Mountain stay

Beautiful home in a lovely mountain town, had great amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, cooked great meals on the grill and flat top blackstone. Near many attractions and activities, was perfect for our family of 7 adults to enjoy great hikes and in Shenandoah and other nearby activities. Highly recommended rental home.

Everything we needed

Cozy Mountain Song has everything that you need and more during your stay! We enjoyed cooking on both the grill and the Blackstone. The location is convenient to the amenities on Massanutten but also other activities throughout the region. Check in and out were easy and instructions were provided throughout our stay. We will be back!

Great stay near Massanutten Ski Resort

We booked a last minute very short ski trip and loved our stay. The house had everything you’d need if you wanted to stay in and was in the perfect area to get to ski slopes, indoor water park and other activities. We would definitely come back!

Family Ski Trip

The property was great and we enjoyed some great ski days. We have stayed many places in Massanutten and this was one of our favorites. Communication was great and check in was easy. The property was fully stocked with everything we needed. I’m sure we’ll be back soon!

Quiet Getaway

Quick & quiet getaway with family to celebrate time together. We had no problem finding the house whatsoever and had everything we needed. The hot tub water was low & needed cleansing but a nice time had by all.

End of Summer Getaway

My family stayed at the property over Labor Day Weekend. The property was a great location to visit Natural Bridge, Luray Caverns, and Shenandoah NP. The house suited our needs, had a well-stocked kitchen, and we enjoyed the extensive deck and hot tub.

Great weekend escape, immaculate

Home was immaculately cleaned prior to our arrival. Kitchen is one of the best outfitted we’ve seen in many trips. Deck and hot tub are wonderful, the two tables for dining (indoor and outdoor) are amazing!

The property manager was on top of things, brought us gas for the fire pit as soon as I let them know it was empty. Tons of space and things to do to keep the whole family busy. Will definitely be returning

Fall (Thanksgiving) Getaway

We had a lovely, long Thanksgiving weekend in Shenandoah. The house was spacious enough for a group of six adults. The layout was great for quality time while also having our own space. There was plenty of room to cook and enjoy Friendsgiving together. We also enjoyed the hot tub and backyard. If you have children, there were also a lot of accommodations for little ones.

This place was awesome! We loved the layout of the whole property! The deck was beautiful, rooms spacious, everything you ever needed in a home away from home was in the property. We were there for a 4 day weekend, we wish it was for a month. We will return again when we can!

Amazing House in the Mountains

My family loved the house and all that we had to do in Massanutten. The waterpark and family adventure park are a short drive from the house. The house was spacious, clean, and seems recently updated. The communication before, during, and after the trip was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Perfect Ski Vacation House

We are so glad we chose this house. It was absolutely perfect. It was super clean, comfortable and really a wonderful layout for our family. We loved the hot tub, the ping pong table and had no problems at all with internet and streaming movies. When we return we absolutely plan to rent this home again.

Perfect for JMU Weekends

Close location to JMU to visit daughter and tailgate. Lyfted to the game. Plenty of room. Beautiful scenery. Deer roaming unconcerned. Hot tub was awesome as well.

Beautiful Home near Shenandoah National Park

This home is a beautiful property with a lot of space for your family to stay at while traveling to this part of Virginia! There are multiple options for sleeping, the kitchen is very well stocked, and there are 3 bathrooms, all with showers. The back deck is very nice for sitting outside in the morning to enjoy coffee/tea and watch wildlife. It is conveniently located near several area attractions. We were here to hike at Shenandoah National Park (highly recommended) but on a rainy day we also enjoyed going to an arcade near the property and Grand Caverns. You are not far from conveniences like grocery stores or gas stations either. Our kids especially loved the ping pong table in the garage at the property. Highly Recommended.

Great home in Massanutten

We booked this stay over the long thanksgiving weekend for me and my spouse and 2 adult children. My other adult child and spouse live in the area and we always stay at Massanutten. The home was clean and well kept. It was the perfect size and we were once again very pleased with our stay in Massanutten. I would recommend.

It was two couples. By it being 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooma, we had plenty of room. The house had EVERYTHING you would need. Even the little things you seem to always forget, they had! We were very please and would recommend this location to anyone.

A beautiful home that met all of our needs!

The property name says it all! I hummed the whole time I was there. The house is so relaxing and well equipped. They have thought of everything. Each room was clean and modern. They even provide a stack of beach towels for the hot tub. Which by the way was perfect!! Very private and cozy atmosphere. It was a perfect place for our three day trip. The location allowed us close proximity to enjoy the area around Massanutten Resort and a short distance to Skyline drive. What a great house. Laura was such a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and offered her knowledge of the surrounding area. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a lovely adventure.
