LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION

As described, the location was perfect. We hit 4 trail systems right by property. Place was very large and had enough property for parking. First day we hired a guide, showed us a little of everything. Next 3 days rode our own. Property was well maintained great food, Indian Ridge Bar & Grill, down the road. People in area very helpfull. Will book again.

Trailside Inn

Very easy to book, property manager was easy to get questions answered. The neighborhood didn't seem like the best, but we had no issues, and it was close to trails. Everything looked like the pictures.

Great location

House was just as listed. Plenty of space inside and outside. Lots of room for parking trucks/trailers. Great communication with host, he called a fees days before our trip and explained the best route and everything else we needed to know!

This property was 1 minute from a friends house. Exactly as stated . Contacted jim 7 days prior and said our group up to 11. He contacted me in minutes. Got down there. Then had 2 that couldn’t make it so back down to 9. No issues at all with anything House has everything as stated. Amply parking everything worked clean Very clean. Highly recommend 5⭐

Great Place

Place was nicely laid out, clean and very comfortable. Great location for accessing the trails and centrally located in the triangle of three towns, so plenty of restaurant options locally.

Would definitely stay here again. House was very spacious and loved the large dining table and open floor plan into livingroom. Plenty of beds and house had everything you needed for your stay
 just bring your food! Host was very responsive to any questions and provided me with all of the check in information quickly. Great spot to access trails

Jim was quick to respond to my request to add an additional day to our trip. He also gave helpful information for our trip. I advised him of a bee issue and he began working on that immediately. Jim was awesome to deal with!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!

CENTRALLY LOCATED TO SEVERAL TRAIL HEADS & OUTLAWS. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME STAYING AT THE PROPERTY AND IT WAS FANTASTIC. IT MET ALL OUR GROUPS NEEDS, WE WERE ABLE TO FIT 7 TRUCK AND TRAILERS EASILY, PLENTY OF ROOM IN THE HOUSE, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ENOUGH BEDS!! THE OWNER WAS GREAT TO COMMUNICATE WITH AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Family S x S Adventure

We had a great time staying at The Trail Side Inn. We had easy access to all of the trails. The parking was perfect for our two vehicles with trailers and our side by sides. Jim was very responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. We would stay here again!

HM Riding week!

Great place to stay, near 4 HM trails. Perfect place for a larger group. I will be staying again in the near future. Only request is to have outside water to rinse off side x side.

One of the nicer properties in the immediate area. Plenty of room to spread out for the 8 of us staying. Easy access to the trails.
