HOME IN THE HILLS

Spacious property with 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms sleeping 18 people with AMPLE parking. Bring your trucks, your trailers, your ATVS, and your friends and family! No trailering to the trails! Park at the house and never load up again until time to leave! W are right around the corner from Indian Ridge Trail connector 27 and close access to Pocahontas and Warrior!

Large outdoor entertaining area on front porch equipped with gas grill and gas firepit.

Less than 1/2 a mile from the Hatfield-McCoy Trail System in scenic West Virginia.

We have a basement bar/lounge area with a mini fridge and freezer for guests to unwind after a long days ride!!!

Property has washer and dryer on site free for use. We have a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, utensils, kids items, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, etc!

Linens are provided at no additional charge for our guests. We also provide the propane for our gas grill and gas firepit.

Oh and did I mention if you are bringing the kiddos that the bunk room has a SLIDE!!!

Very nice house with road and nearby trail access. The entire group loved the house and the location. The owners stayed in touch ensuring we were good and asking if we needed anything. Thank you!

Great spot to relax after riding the trails.

Stay was great, wether sitting on the porch or relaxing in the air conditioning. Great wifi for an area that usually suffers in the tech category. Note: Large trailers will be a tight fit in the driveway or beside the road.

JJ was awesome and so helpful to us when we arrived and gave us a ton of helpful information. He even went and got our trail stickers and maps for us. He gave us his cell number and went above and beyond. The house we stayed in was not as nice as the pictures made it seem. The bathrooms were very run down with torn lament and mold. The blind in the bathroom window was gross. The white caulk was dirty and gross. We bought new bath mats to use because the ones in the bathroom and basement were dirty. Several dishes we took out to use had to be washed first because there was visible food on them. The 2 blenders in the kitchen do not work. The kitchen scissors in the drawer are broke about stabbed one of us in the toe with it came apart. The dish mat was dirty and gross. We had to buy several items we needed at the Family Dollar down the road. The sheets on the king size bed were very cheap and thin. The corners were torn and didn’t fit the mattress. As soon as you set on the bed the sheets immediately came off the bed. It was very frustrating because we would end up not having a sheet on the bed every night. The house was mediocre and we would not stay at that house again but we had a great time on the trials with our friends.
