This Property is owned and managed by Lupton Properties. The VRBO calendar is always up to date. if there are no summer weeks showing, it is booked.

This is a one of a kind Finger Lakes vacation experience. With 2 Acres of mowed lawn, a heated 20 x 40 foot gunite, in ground pool, hot tub, screened porch, gourmet kitchen (soapstone counters, farm sink, subzero fridge, gas range, secondary ovens/fridge) and a gas fire pit by the pool - this is the premier retreat. We believe you will love this spot as much as we have, It is close to Wegmans, Bristol - skiing, hiking and great activities.

This was our private home. We live in the area and want to be certain that those interested in renting our property will be respectful of it and our neighbors.

Check in time is at 4:00 PM day of arrival and check out time is at 10:00 AM day of departure. In the peak summer months we only rent for seven days, Saturday to Saturday.

We would ask that all users shower before entering and be careful not to go from the lake or the lawn directly into the tub/pool as this brings in unwanted dirt and debris.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay here at Lake Canandaigua.The home was the perfect location making it easy to get around and close to downtown and restaurants.We really enjoyed the pool especially our grandchildren. Having two washers and dryers available was super helpful. We enjoyed the screened in porch as well as the large dining room table for family game nights!Alan, the owner was quick to answer any questions we had during the entire process. We stayed at this property with 6 adults, 4 kids, and 1 doggo. We had an amazing time and made great memories here. The house is spacious and clean, plenty of room to host all of us plus guests. We used the pool and hot tub a lot which were well maintained. We also got good use out the ping pong table and tied up a boat rental at the dock. Overall 10/10 experience, thank you!

Beautiful home! Our family of 15 absolutely loved our time in Canadaigua and enjoyed the gorgeous property. There was so much space for all of us and the pool, hot tub, interior porch and ping pong table was a hit! The kitchen was spacious and was equipped with everything we needed (and more!). The washer and dryer was incredibly helpful as well. The home was clean throughout and tastefully decorated. It is apparent that the home is loved and well cared for. The owner left very helpful instructions and communication via email and the Vrbo app. The property includes a dock and is close enough to walk to town. We are so pleased with the home, location and amenities. If we come back to Canadaigua, this is absolutely a home we would return to. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. We are grateful!

We had a wonderful stay here with our family including kids. We had other friends and family come visit us throughout the week we stayed. There was so much space to spread out with our friends and family. Not only were there many bedroom but their common spaces with the double size kitchen, dining room, living room and sun lounge room space was really great. It was so helpful to having the two washers and dryers, two refrigerators and dishwashers. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and we enjoyed sitting around the fire in the evening on the back patio. We had fun using the kayaks at the dock. We used the outdoor barbecue grill a couple times and played ping ping with friends. I recommend staying here as a great place to play or relax with your friends and family.

This is such a beautiful house and property and we enjoyed our stay here immensely! We were 11 adults and there was plenty of room to mill around and not trip over one another. Wide open spaces, socializing spaces, and gathering/eating spaces were plentiful! We were disappointed at first that the pool wasn't open yet (mid-April) since it stated it was a heated pool but since the weather wasn't great, we ended up not missing out at all! We are already trying to select dates for next year to try and book this same location! The host was very prompt when we had questions! We are a group of kitchen/foodies and the kitchen area in this house did not disappoint!

We had 3 families for Thanksgiving and the weekend. Beautiful place. Everyone had a bed. Bathrooms were spacious and modern. Kitchen is huge and very well equipped. Hot tub and fire pit were loved by all. 5 mins to downtown made it a perfect location!

Beautiful Home

A beautiful home that was perfect for my get-together with friends. However, we all commented how it would also be a great place to bring our families. It feels secluded even though it is just a few minutes drive from town. Such a wonderful experience.

The house was very well appointed. The kitchen had a great layout and everything you needed to cook for 16 people. The bedroom layout was a little quirky, but worked. The pool, hot tub and view were all wonderful. The host was responsive. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend.

We have traveled many places around the world and provide an experience to our guests that is care free, clean and enjoyable. We only rent to those that will respect our properties and leave them in good condition for the next guest. We furnish them with quality linens and furnishings so it is just like home. Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We have loved this house for three generations. My wife's parents owned it and raised their family here. We bought it from them in 2004 and raised our three daughters. It is such a unique property that when we contemplated down sizing, we decided to keep it in the family and share with others through VRBO. The combination of a huge lawn, inground pool, lakefront and modern amenities all within an 1818 farm house have made it hard for us to leave.
