At Sunrise shores, we’ve focused on the conditions that will allow you to get back to being yourself. Located on the historic district on the northwest end of Canandaigua Lake, our masterfully designed home is a habitat for peaceful relaxation. Equipped with everything you can imagine to make your stay more enjoyable, our only focus is providing you with the highest level of comfort..

Perfect family getaway

The home has been updated with modern fixtures and amenities. The check in process was easy. The beds were very comfortable and there were beautiful lake views from every room.

We had the best summer vacation! House was clean and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Hot tub was a great added bonus after a long day of swimming and boating in the lake. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. Tons of games and water activities were provided too. Would definitely recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay! From the beginning communication was quick and easy. Checking in and out was a breeze. The house was extremely clean and has great use of space. Smaller kitchen cooking area but who wants to cook on vaca anyway! Large dining table so our large group could always sat together. Breathtaking views of the lake from almost every room! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and having multiple master bedrooms is a huge plus. Even had a mix of beds (some were firmer and some were softer so everyone got the type of bed they wanted). Would love to come back again in the summer!!

Perfect week

The layout out of the house was perfect. Our family stayed for the week and it all worked out with various levels and outdoor options to relax. Our elderly parents came and the downstairs bedroom area was perfect for making that their home for the week, to avoid up/down the stairs. The house has everything you need, the linens are great, the beds super comfortable. Lastly, The location of the house was perfect.

Beautiful location

We just finished a week at this rental house. It was a great location with beautiful sunrise views. The house is completely renovated and was stocked better than any place I’ve rented with drinks and snacks. Even though it is close to the road, there was plenty of parking and we didn’t hear any traffic.

Amazing place!

We had 8 people stay at the house for a family reunion and the space was incredible! Exactly how the pictures described. We LOVED sitting by the water and playing cards in the covered deck. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely return

Great location on Canandaigua Lake

Close to town and breweries. Right on the lake. Caught fish off the dock. Comes with everything you need — well equipped kitchen with nice pans and utensils, wine refrigerator, second full size fridge for more storage, towels for the hot tub. Very clean house and hot tub. Comfy beds. Owner is very responsive.

Solar eclipse family vacation

Our solar eclipse family vacation rental was fantastic. The checking in was easy, the host was fantastic, the house was more than I even thought it would be and the checkout was a snap. The house had all the amenities that I thought it would have plus more. We did not have to bring anything with us. Including games, snacks, chargers for our phones, iPads etc. Fantastic

Great Bachelorette Weekend

Timothy was great since my first contact with him. He was very accommodating and worked with us when trying to find a weekend to host a bachelorette party at his property. The house was great! Everything was clean and we felt very welcomed. There was even snacks and drinks at the house for us to enjoy. Would definitely book the place again! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun lake getaway. We only had a small issue with the hot tub chemicals but other than that our stay was perfect. 10/10 Thanks Tim for being a super host. We made memories there to last a lifetime!
