Welcome to Brigantine! Enjoy this very spacious and comfortable townhouse with private outdoor space. Just a short walk from the beach, and close to everything! Directly across from skate park, dog park, basketball, tennis, and bocce courts, and mini golf. Walkable to restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, grocery and pharmacy. Just 3 miles from downtown Atlantic City, $10 Uber ride!

Best for families or small group of adults. House is located on a quiet street; absolutely no parties! This is strictly enforced.

The Layout:
This townhouse is split-level, allowing lots of open space, high ceilings and natural sunlight.

Entry Level - Garage with lounge area seating, ping-pong table, dart board, table. Beach gear storage. This is set up for extra lounging and not for car parking. Personal driveway for 1 large car or 2 compact cars available.

1st / 2nd Floor- COMMON AREAS / KITCHEN / 1/2 BATH
Split Level, Open Floor Plan with fully equipped kitchen for basic cooking needs, bar lounge area + seating and extra lounge space. Living room with seating, Smart TV and access to fully fenced in backyard with porch, grill and dining area, paver patio with seating, Solo Stove + hammock.

3rd Floor- 3 BEDROOMS, 2 FULL BATHROOMS:
BR1 -Master Bedroom w/ king bed, vanity, two closets, private balcony, full bathroom w/ stand up shower and separate tub.

BR2 w/ 1 Full & 1 Twin bed + closet

BR3 w/ Queen bed + closet/dresser

This floor also has an additional full bathroom with shower/tub in hallway, washer/dryer.

4th Floor - CLOSE "LOFT" OPEN FLOOR BEDROOM

Open Loft style room w/ full over twin bunk bed, 2 twin day beds, and 1 twin trundle bed, TV. Stadium seating with projection screen. Perfect room for a bunch of kiddos!

Beach week

We enjoyed the house. The kitchen is very well equipped, it had everything we looked for. Big table for our crew was nice. It does have a lot of steps which we knew before hand from photos, Kristen was great when I had a question.

Great location with plenty of room

Location of the property was close to everything. There was plenty of beds for us all and spacious enough to have relaxation time by yourself if needed. The large dinning room table made a great gathering place for our breakfast and late night card games. Would defiently stay there again.

Great place!!

Overall the place was great!! There were a couple little annoying things like missing things, old coffee in the coffee pot, or fans that would not work, and it was a townhouse which wasn’t specified. But the house itself is amazing!! It’s huge and spacious much more than you can tell just by the pictures. When we first walked in we were amazed. It was definitely a good deal for how little it’s being rented for, we lucked out as places similar to this were going for 500+. The owner was helpful and checkin/checkout was easy especially with COVID I felt safe. I felt it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly but it wasn’t by any means dirty or unsanitary. We had a great time and we would definitely stay again!! You won’t be disappointed.

We loved it, easy drive or walk to the beach. Very roomy and plenty of room for kids. Very quick drive to Atlantic City and downtown Bringantine. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Birthday Getaway

I was looking for a beach spot close to home so i could spend a long weekend with my adult children and wanted to deter my husband from throwing me a party at home. This Brigantine multi-level gem was unexpected and perfect for our family (and my son’s dog). The house is close to everything and we took full advantage of the park and courts across the street (and my sister lived nearby as an unexpected bonus). We enjoyed all the amenities the home had to offer and could spread out, relax outback, play ping pong, and enjoy the beach and casinos. We were near all the stores and shops and took advantage of the dog beach too. It was perfect for what we were looking for and would definitely stay again. Thanks!!

Great space!

We loved our stay. It was clean and convenient. My youngest especially loved the projector on the top floor. We also enjoyed the sitting area in the garage and the dart board. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Walkable to the beach and right around the corner from a Wawa. That’s all we needed!

I love inviting people into my homes, which I also take time to reside in throughout the year, allowing some personal touches that not all rentals may have.

My rental properties includes this 4 Bedroom Brigantine townhouse, as well as, a Philly 2 Bedroom Condo, located in the Fishtown neighborhood.

Conveniently located directly across from the dog park and community center with pickle-ball, tennis, basketball courts, skate park, and mini golf.
