Brigantine 08023 ~ un quartier d'île calme près de Atlantic City NJ.
L'île barrière la plus proche des ponts Ben Franklin et Walt Whitman pour sortir de Philadelphie à la fin de l'autoroute Atlantic City Expressway.
~ Élevé et rénové après l'ouragan Sandy. Un pavillon meublé avec un immense porche, une nouvelle cuisine et des appareils électroménagers dans un quartier calme. A 2 chambres à coucher ~ 5 personnes, deux lits queen et un jumeau. Une salle de bains. Laveuse et sécheuse dans la cuisine
La fenêtre de la cuisine donne sur une terrasse privée avec des marches menant à une cour arrière clôturée et à un jardin avec barbecue, table et chaises. Le salon a beaucoup de sièges confortables.
Seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage peu fréquentée. Des étiquettes de plage et des chaises de plage sont incluses. Un demi pâté de maisons de la baie avec une rampe de mise à l'eau publique, un quai de pêche et un petit trottoir. Apportez vos propres kayaks, la crique est géniale.
Près de la promenade d'Atlantic City, des casinos, des lieux de divertissement, des restaurants, du parcours de golf Brigantine et de la pêche / navigation de plaisance. À distance de marche des dépanneurs, des marchés alimentaires, des restaurants. Quatre pâtés de maisons à WAWA.
Les chiens de taille petite à moyenne sont les bienvenus. Merci!

Easy, prompt communication with the owners. The house is just as it loooks in pictures and very clean, quiet and well maintained. We had everything we needed for a week’s stay.

Dog Friendly getaway

Place is small but had everything we needed. Only complaint was the Wi-Fi would drop out a lot. For us that wasn’t that important since we were there to disconnect.

Great little beach house

Classic beach house. Enough room for our family of 5 and the dog. Fenced backyard a plus. The porch on the front was like having an extra room. Easy walk to the beach and even shorter stroll to the Cove for incredible sunsets. Living room had plenty of seating and board games. Kitchen was well equipped and the air conditioning was cold but we kept windows open on our mild days and the breeze was refreshing. Check in and communication with owners couldn’t have been easier. Would rent again if we went back to Brigantine.

This property is wonderful for dog lovers. Lots of room outdoors to romp and play. The front porch and rear deck is great for lounging or eating. The kitchen is adequate and we cooked several meals indoors. The living room is a bit crowded with many side tables and foot rests. The showers indoors and outside were wonderful. The beds are a bit uncomfortable but adequate. I do question any deep cleaning being done to the house as we found alot of dust/grime covering the ceiling fan blades, dust on the walls in the bedrooms, detergent goo in the washer and thick lint covering the dryer screen. But we ran the washer sanitizer twice and it cleaned the washer, we cleaned the lint screen which eliminated the lint buildup and we fixed a leak under the bathroom sink. We found that a roll of toilet paper had been placed below the sink leak to catch the dripping. We removed it after fixing the leak since it smelled like mildew. The kitchen sink was dirty upon arrival but a little chlorox spray did the trick. The neighborhood is great, very friendly. Parking is not a problem. The beach is close. We could hear the surf from the porch. The bay pier is also close and it was fun fishing there. The owner is easily contacted and very pleasant. We definitely enjoyed our stay although the house definitely could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Great vacation house!!

From the moment we walked into the house we fell in love with this vacation home!! The backyard is so peaceful, the chairs underneath the deck are so perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The fenced in backyard is perfect for your dog!! Chris was amazing! Really enjoyed this trip. Don’t let the off street parking scare you. The parking was not an issue!! We parked in front of the house every day! We would definitely stay here again.

Our 1st time

This was our 1st time to Brigantine and we loved it. Thank you Chris for sharing your home with us. It was perfect. Enjoyed the house, front porch, back deck & yard. Walk to the beach was easy. Walking Jake through the neighborhood he was a celebrity. People asking us to bring him up on their porch. Halfway through the week we were already talking about next year. Thanks again. Already looking forward to coming back again. House is small but great for a small family. Only suggestion would be putting a tv in one or both bedrooms.

Location, Location, Location!

This home was 2 blocks from the beach -- perfect for our toddlers! It was super clean, organized, and stocked with all the amenities. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard, too! And, I can't say enough about Brigantine -- the most beautiful and cleanest beaches, warm water, and white sand with shallow waters. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Chris was so helpful and available to any questions we had before, during and after. The house was neat and clean. So many house supplies available that even though we thought we had everything we were complemented with their stock. The beach is a breezy 2 block walk and the beach itself amazing. Thank you Chris for opening your house to us.

My parents purchased this house in the early 1970's.
When I inherited it, my husband and I made some changes like adding the front porch and renovating the kitchen. After Super Storm Sandy in 2012, the house was raised to meet FEMA standards and the interior was completely restored.
My children and grandchildren have spent many happy weeks each summer on our favorite beach island.
Please come and enjoy our cosy, comfortable small house with a big personality.

Our Children and now our Grandchildren enjoy the house, the beaches, the yard and the whole island each summer.
Their dogs enjoy the fenced in yard and walks to the bay and on designated beaches. The bay is only a very short walk with a public boat ramp and a nice cove for kayaking.

Very close the beach and the bay. Large front porch and back deck if you simply want to sit and enjoy.
