After a gorgeous day spent hiking, skiing, or snowboarding, come home to take a dip in the outdoor pool, relax and unwind in one of the hot tubs, or simply indulge in a nice glass of wine on your private balcony.
Stock up on groceries at the nearby market and prepare family meals together in the well-equipped kitchen, with a center island anchoring this delightfully open space. In the evenings, snuggle up beside the gas fireplace in the living area and watch your favorite TV shows and movies.
Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Main Street Station is one of the closest properties to the QuickSilver Super Chair and the Maggie Base Area at the foot of Peak 9. On the grounds, you'll find world-class amenities that include a heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, quick and easy parking for one vehicle in the underground garage, and a seasonal shuttle service. The property also features several restaurants, shops, and even a full-service ski and snowboard rental facility. Leave your car securely parked and stroll through downtown to find everything from coffee shops to fine dining, massages, and independent boutiques.
In the winter months, spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, dog sledding, fly fishing, or taking gondola or sleigh rides. Go ice skating at Stephen C. West Ice Arena, or find free sledding at places like Carter Park and Pavilion and Fraction Drive. The Runway sledding hill on Airport Road even offers a sled shed, where the kids can easily borrow a sled for an afternoon of fun.
Come summer, tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club, take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. Mountain bikers have access to spectacular national forest trails right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and there are guided whitewater rafting and horseback riding adventures to take advantage of as well. Things to Know There is no air conditioning. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Laundry - Washer/Dryer are available as a shared amenity for the building.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Room was great-spacious for the five of us, located an easy walk from shops and restaurants, nicely updated and decorated.
My only quibble was parking. The underground garage costs an extra annoying nightly fee (Expedia didn’t show this) and you have to leave by 1000am which is inconvenient if you want to ski the last day.
Our unit had quite a bit of outside noise-cars on Main Street as well as people walking outside.

Amazing Views Perfect location

Great location for Peak 9 and restaurants and shopping
We loved the location of this place and how accessible it was to and from the lift for Peak 9. We could walk to virtually everywhere. Didn't give it 5 stars as the beds were not the best, and the kitchen was poorly stocked, which was unfortunate given how much we cooked. But overall, it was an outstanding value.

Great location, clean unit
Overall a good stay. Only complaint (and it is a big one) is the heater did not work in the master bedroom, so it stayed cold in their (and in the master bathroom). Vacasa seems to never (?) allow late check-outs, which is a unique drawback as other property managers will allow it when possible. Oh, and we did have to buy laundry detergent as they only provided one pod.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback, Darren. Following your review, our team inspected the bedroom heaters and could not find any issues with them. The master bedroom radiant heaters were working. The temperature can be adjusted using the thermostat. There is usually one laundry pod provided by housekeeping, but guests can always request more or get them from the front desk. Late check-out is offered to guests based on availability. Guests are informed via email on the day before departure if this option will be available for them. We are sorry it was not available upon your departure. We hope to have a chance to better impress you in the future.

Nice but customer service lacked
House was beautiful, tried for 2 days to extend our stay for another night with no possible way. So that was extremely frustrating. House was nice, great location, but won’t stay again due to the lack of getting any help customer service wise.

Great location, good price.
Great location- five minute walk to Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9. Lift lines were long here in the morning, but it was a great spot for greens, blues, and blacks and worked well for everyone in our group. Location make it possible to come back to the condo for lunch. Used the ski valet in the evenings (great perk). Very close to Main Street (can see it from the main bedroom window) and fun shopping/dining options. Condo had a nice supply of kitchen ware- including a slow cooker that we made great use of. We went to city market and stocked up on food for the week and did not eat out once. Two bedrooms and bathrooms- we had our four teenagers all sleep in the bedroom and it worked well. Nice common living space with a large couch and television (which unfortunately had a vertical line of pixels broken- but we were still able to watch it). Large kitchen counter with chairs for 8 for meals. Wonderful time and awesome place!

Great location, great stay
We enjoyed staying in the condo. I brought up my daughter and a number of her friends for her 15th birthday along with my younger daughter and my mother. It’s in a great location At the end of Town. Walking up and down Main Street was very quick and easy. A very short walk to pool and hot tub. All the amenities were amazing. Front desk staff was great. Condo was well stocked and very comfortable. Only issue was the key cards kept demagnetizing and not working Even after placing them in a separate pocket that was nowhere near phone or other cards. Only stayed there one night and had to Return to the front desk two times for all cards. Maybe handing out protective sleeves for the cards so that it is not an issue? Other than that, loved everything about this place. Interior decor was also nice.

Lovely unit, great location
We are a family of four that stayed for half a week at end of August. The unit was very nice- perfect location to access hikes straight from downtown, walk to restaurants and Peak 8 gondola. The unit was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds and sunrise from the balcony, and the large kitchen island was great for meals and games. Staff at MSS were friendly and available for questions. Heated outdoor pool was perfect temp on cool evenings. We would definitely come back!

Breck Bride
Brought a small group out to Breck for my bachelorette party . The location is perfect , so many walkable shops and restaurants . The kitchen island is huuuge , it was perfect for dinners in and playing games , tons of room to all be comfortable around the island . Only complaint is the fridge had a hard time staying cold , not sure it that was an us issue or if the fridge may be on the way out 🤷🏻♀️ Otherwise theeee perfect place to stay , will deff be back !!

Great little apartment
Really enjoyed unit 1315. It’s incredibly convenient to Main Street and all the restaurants and shops. It has everything a small family needs (well, except a spatula). The unit and the building itself could use some updating, though they’re just fine for what they are. And when the windows are open—which they must be in the summer because there is no A/C—the unit can also get a little noisy because it overlooks a busy intersection. We didn’t need them much but the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Awesome Location & Comfort!
We had such a wonderful time staying in unit 1315. The beds were really comfortable, loved the kitchen island for game night & super clean. The patio overlooking the square was a great place to end our day. It was a perfect weekend.

Summer Trip to Breckenridge
We had a great experience staying at this unit. Its location is great - right off Main Street. We were able to walk everywhere. The unit was clean and big - plenty of room for family to spread out. And the kids loved the pool and hot tubs. We would definitely stay here again.
