Our condo is on the thirteenth floor, you can hear the waves crashing on the white sand beach below when the large sliding glass doors to the balcony are open from the living room and master suite. You are so close to the Gulf, you'll be able see dolphins and fish swimming by each morning. Our second home has a very large spacious living room with new furniture, tile, paint and 55” smart television’s in both the living room and master bedroom, Netflix, HBO and the like are free. The two master size very spacious bedrooms with two on-suite bathrooms. Two separate closets in the bedrooms as well. The main master has spectacular Gulf views from the full wall size sliding glass door and brand new king mattress and linens. The second bedroom has new mattresses as well. The custom cabinetry in our kitchen is accented with fine granite counter tops, new Whirlpool cooktop and dishwasher, refrigerator is Frigidaire and reverse osmosis water for drinking and coffee lovers. On the lobby level you’ll find an exercise room and mailboxes are available for our snowbirds
This is a truly terrific complex and we have tried to make our condo equally terrific, it is our second home. We want our guests to feel that way about it, as well. Tropic Winds is located on the West Side of PCB and is known for it’s slower paced living, one of the newer buildings in the area with great amenities and less than 2 miles from Pier Park, mega shopping and restaurants. Pier Park is a one of a kind out-door Gulf Coast shopping and fun park.
