Très bien situé! 1. 4 miles à Pier Park et de la jetée publique, et monte sur la plage de sable privée. Chaque chambre dispose d'une vue imprenable et des sons du ressac. Maître et Salon ouvrent à 10x28 pont pour profiter de repas en plein air et de magnifiques couchers de soleil.
Agréments de l'édifice incluent piscines intérieure et extérieure, bain à remous, sauna, salle de musculation, hammam, douches et du front de mer. Bien sûr, une plage superbe à vos pieds.


Ocean Reef est nouvellement construit et chargé avec des aménagements. Situé sur le front de plage, profiter d'un barbecue, une piscine et un bain à remous et un espace de détente pavée. Piscine intérieure et une salle d'exercice avec vue, ainsi que hammam et un sauna. Place de parking couvert, ainsi que RV / parking bateau à la disposition des locataires. Être sur la plus grande plage de 27 Classe mile, monde. Vous ne vous lasserez jamais de regarder par-dessus l'eau turquoise et de sable de quartz blanc. Le bâtiment est situé à proximité de tous les sites et attractions de la région.

We absolutely loved the condo! Right on the beach with a great view. Only downside is the elevators. When its busy, its hard to get to your floor or to your car from having to wait. Aside from that, we loved our experience and plan to be back!

Everything was great. The room was very clean, just was quick to respond each time I needed her. The only thing I would recommend is bringing your own bath towels, laundry soap, trash bags & paper towels. Definitely would book it again!

After finally getting a code to get in the room everything was great. Home is as described, very clean, plenty of utensils and dishes. The only thing I recommend is to have more bath rags as you had to wash towels and rags after every shower in order to have clean ones. Otherwise it was great. I will say if you are a smoker you must go down to the street in front of the building to smoke as there is no smoking anywhere at this facility.

Sorry you had to wait ..after wrong number let me know wrong number..hours later I was heart sick over that. Will let maid know about leaving out more towels for sure. Lovely condo, Great size deck, lots of room, building management staff were very friendly and so helpful, the pool was warm and good size, the indoor pool was so nice also. Hot tub was quite popular as was the steam room. The beach was so beautiful. White sugar sand and the constant patrol of police and life guards was great. So many things to do in the area. Shopping eating out, mini golf, the state park is beautiful a must done. Sea screamer was our favorite. Boon docks was a tucked away restaurant the was delicious. Highly recommend! TheOwner was alway quick with responses and so helpful.

Wonderful Balcony and Location!

This condo was great! The location was amazing! The host, Dawn, was so accommodating and she even messaged me letting me know that we could get into the property 2 hours early. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time in the condo.

Thank you so much...and thanks again for taking in my deck furniture.I hated to make the call for you to leave, but was best to use caution. My condo is fine, building just a bit of fencing down. We were so lucky, unfortunately anything over the PC bridge is not the same. 850 Strong thou.Hope to see you back next year.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay! The condo has direct access to the beach with rental chairs and umbrellas right in front of the condo. Although we didn’t utilize them, there are chairs, beach toys, an umbrella, and beach cart in the condo you can use. Owner was quick to respond and answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay.

The location is perfect. Condo is on the beach and there are activities and restaurants across the street. Dawn is an excellent communicator and host. Check-in was a breeze. Everything was exactly how it was described on the booking information. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely will book again.

Came for a getaway. Excellent location. Close to so many things too. Beds were comfortable and we needed for nothing. Beautiful view. Dawn was very responsive if we had questions. Staff at building is very nice and do a great job of assuring safety of property.

Dawn was easy to communicate with during our stay. Condo is in a great location of PCB!

Our family of 5 had a comfortable stay in Dawn’s condo. It has everything you need for a week of beach activity. The balcony is the best part of the condo. Unobstructed views! 15th floor is breathtaking. Great restaurants are close by and shopping is a short distance. Highly recommend.

Can’t wait to return!! Best condo ever!!

The view was great, well supplied with all we needed, and my kids loved the huge balcony. Dawn was just the best!! She was so kind and helpful throughout the process. She even emailed to check on us due to some bad weather we were having. The bed was super comfy!! We can’t wait to return!!

I love the Gulf of Mexico,having lived in Louisiana,I vacationed there alot and my goal was to own there.
I liked the heated indoor pool,as a swimmer that was a must.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I enjoy my private deck overlooking the Gulf, with the sounds of the waves all day long. Seeing dolphins,
sea rays and pelicans, having sun all day and amazing sunsets.
Inside the furniture and vintage fabrics add a feeling of home and comfort with classic Miami touches.
Pictures on the walls are wonderful photographs of places all over the world involving water.I love beaches and water in my holidays,a trained photography student I love to take pictures and share with my guest.
Adding a personal touch,unlike some condos with such generic décor, I strived to do some personal touches and a lot of shells in my condo. I try to bring the bright airy feeling on the beach into my condo.
