Dana Point Short Term Rental Permit STR16-0542 gorgeous home is close to the beach, nightlife, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, the harbor, hotels, the airport and train station. You’ll love our home because of the neighborhood, amazing private backyard with fig, avocado & pomegranate trees. Our home is spacious and comfortable, with comfy beds, its light and bright, has a cute kitchen, and is very comfortable. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & families.

Please note a $500 refundable damage deposit hold will be placed on your credit card on the day of check-in and automatically released after checkout if no damages are reported.
- No more then 6 guests
- 25-years old and older

Absolutely no parties will be permitted. No more than 6 people may be on premise at any time. No music to be played outside past 10pm. Failure to abide by the rules will result in a $500 charge and immediate eviction.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Dana Point ground floor 2-BR 1-BA unit! Garage parking and a washer and dryer are bonuses. The private back patio is roomy and comfy - surely the condo’s key feature that we hope to enjoy again some day. Thank you!

This location was perfect. Conveniently located close to the harbor and entertainment. Couldn’t have picked a better location for our stay.Jason and Shilpa were extremely nice and responsive to a question I had. I highly recommend their property if you are looking for a quiet and quaint getaway!

Perfect spot in Dana Point!

We were in town for a family party & this condo was perfect for the 3 of us. It was comfortable & really great to have outdoor space to enjoy! Easy to get to the harbor & restaurants. Fun neighborhood to walk around!

Long Weekend Stay for a Wedding

The unit was perfect for our needs, we have 3 kids and they loved the bunkbed room and there was a pack and play for my youngest. The backyard was really nice. We appreciated having a spot to park in the driveway since we were coming in and out a lot. The upstairs unit was a little loud at times but it was manageable. We loved being able to walk to the restaurants in Dana Point. Overall a great stay.

Great location

The accommodations were exactly as described and very close to everything in Dana Point. We were a five-minute drive from multiple beaches and harbors and had great access to grocery shopping, restaurants and more. The host was VERY quick to answer any questions and solve any challenges we had. The only caution I would give - this accommodation is a first-floor accommodation; there is a second short term rental on the second floor; we could hear every footstep and conversation as well as toilet flush on the second floor and both parties above us (guests switched while we were there) were up late and up early. That was a surprise to us. But, other than that, we were very pleased with the rental and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect location

Loved this place location was perfect loved walking to the beach from home. The neighborhood was darling as well. Having a place to park your car is so convenient. The owners are so kind and helpful as well.

A little better than camping

We stayed here for a weekend while we were going to the Ohana Festival at Doheny State Beach. It was walkable and worked out great. Overall, it was a great weekend. The place left something to be desired. The beds were ok but a little creaky, especially the bunkbeds. The bedding and towels were clean but pretty cheap. The kitchen was stocked with low grade IKEA stuff, which you would expect. There wasn’t any salt, which is annoying but not the worst.. The place was a little dingy. The futon in the living room was covered in crumbs once you moved the pillows and it had the era of a college dorm, but a cleaner college dorm. On that note, the upstairs neighbors were awful. Were they moving furniture in cogs at 2 in the morning? Blaring music at all hours. And to top it off, there wasn’t enough toilet paper? Not the worst, but not as nice as it looks and lacking in some ways.
