Awesome Place to Stay!!

We had an awesome stay, and Rosemary was very accommodating! Beds are comfortable, condo was clean, plenty of toys for the kiddos, and a super convenient location for quick access the Laguna/Dana Point area! Highly recommend to anyone considering.

Great condo in a perfect location

Loved our stay here! Beautiful and quiet condo close to the beach and all the places we wanted to visit in the area. Very clean with all the amenities we wanted. Host was very responsive and helpful. We really appreciated the beach chairs and cart for hauling things.

Very nice Laguna Niguel property

Nicely decorated, spacious comfortable beds, very clean. Well stocked with everything needed. Nice location close to shopping and just a short drive to the beaches. The host was very quick to help with any questions we had. The welcoming bottle of Prosecco was very nice.

The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything well better than expected and I really recommend this place for families that want to rest. Excellent location having market 10 min distance and close to the beach.

Family Getaway

We stayed at Rosemary’s place for a visit with family who live nearby. This place was ideal for our needs - clean, quiet, well decorated, stocked and maintained and close to everything including Dana Point, Laguna Niguel and Laguna Beach. Rosemary was an excellent host with great communications. We would definitely stay again!

Post Christmas Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Sea ROC. This condo had a beach vibe and is beautifully decorated. It had plenty of space for of family to spend time after our trips to Disney. Our family of five had plenty of space to sleep. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was nice to have all the comforts of home while we were visiting California.

Beautiful condo in a great, convenient location!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Rosemary’s condo. Everything was clean & had everything for our needs; toys for our 3 year old, pack n play & highchair for our 1 year old and sand toys for the beach! Rosemary was always very quick to respond. The location was perfect, easy access to Dana Point, Laguna Beach & San Clemente! Would definitely stay there again!

Peaceful Sanctuary

We loved our stay at Rosemary's condo. We've stayed at many rental homes and have never had such a wonderful host. Rosemary's attention to detail and customer service is remarkable and she made our family vacation one to remember. Her condo is quiet, well equipped, clean and in the perfect location to visit multiple beaches and numerous family activities.

Great Spot for Family

This place was perfect for our family. My wife and I, and our two kids were in town for a wedding. This place was perfectly located. It was super easy and quick to get to Laguna Beach, and the neighborhood had everything we needed nearby. Rosemary made check in very easy, and was great with communication. The house was very nice, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
