Summary:
The OCEAN VIEW ESCAPE is just over one mile (just a five minute drive) to our famous T-Street beach, dozens of other amazing beaches and the main pier area.

Our property offers a sweeping ocean view from the main living areas and rear patio and it is a clean, understated getaway with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.

What stood out were the incredible ocean views, comfortable beds and just a great floor plan for families. The host was welcoming and the check in and out was easy. Excellent location. Had a wonderful stay and looking forward to the next.

We had a lovely stay here and would stay again in a heart beat. The home was so comfortable, very nicely decorated, wonderful location and view from the back patio is a dream. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Communication with the host was so easy and he was extremely responsive. We highly recommend this home and hope you have as great of a visit as we did.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and comfortable home overlooking the San Clemente coastline and Pacific Ocean. The house was light, bright, and filled with large windows that showcased the stunning views. It was clean and well appointed with all the amenities we needed and conveniently located close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and freeway access. Communication with the host and check-in were seamless.Ironically, some of our family stopped by while we were there—and they loved it so much they’ve already booked it for a week next August!

Wonderful Getaway

We loved staying at this property! The beautiful view of the ocean extends along the whole back side of the house! It is located in a quiet neighborhood in the hills of San Clemente with great access to the freeway. The interior was beautifully furnished, the beds were very comfortable, and the host was so welcoming and helpful. A dreamy place to stay!

Great Family Retreat

We loved our time at this property! It has everything as advertised and Skip is the nicest guy and super easy to communicate with. And the hot tub was a great bonus! Our kids loved it. Skip was also able to find a missing ear bud and mail it us for my teen. So grateful. Would love to stay again!

Fabulous place in San Clemente

My two daughters and I loved this rental in San Clemente. Super clean. Great kitchen and bathrooms. patio with view of the ocean. lots of light. Loved the hot tub. we spent time exploring San Clemente during the day and relaxing in the home at night. We would certainly rent this again if we make it back to San Clemente.

Amazing View

We stayed here for my Son’s wedding and where all the groomsmen got ready. What beautiful memories were made, so grateful. The stay was very easy and comfortable. Skip, the owner was very nice and prompt with any questions. The view from the moment you walked in the door was amazing. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent stay!

This house is lovely. It has been beautifully, thoughtfully furnished with high-end appliances, furniture, and decor. It feels serene and welcoming. The bathrooms and bedrooms and spacious and well-equipped. The host has provided many extra touches, like kleenex in every room, ample soft goods, throw blankets, a well-stocked kitchen, and has a variety of beach gear and towels. The hot tub is regularly maintained and the back patio is great for sunset watching. The owner is very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay and would be happy to stay again.

Wedding Rental House

I had the best stay with my then fiancĂ© now husband and our best friends! We got married down the road from the house and it was PERFECT for our day! We had so much space for the bridal party to get ready there. It had a gorgeous view and great decor which made for great photos. It’s location was great, very close to downtown and the beach. If you’re getting married in the area or even want a nice little get away I highly recommend this rental!!

I would stay here again.

Stayed 5 nights for our son’s wedding. We all had our own space to decompress, and house was large enough to invite other family members over for a BBQ, we never felt crowded. They could use some foil or baggies Etc. but store was just up the street. Close to the beach and shops. I would stay here again.

Great property and location

Me & My wife selected this property based on previous reviews. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and I must admit this stay exceed our expectations. It was very spacious and the view from the backyard was spectacular. They had everything needed to go to the beach for little ones. Plus the all the rooms were spacious. Location was great to many restaurants and shops. Also if your a military member your 15 mins from the commissary and exchange. Most of all the Host Skip was the best he was easy to communicate with and very accessible and most of all very accommodating. This stay created every lasting memories for our family along our daughter’s wedding at a local venue .

We stayed in San Clemente for our daughter's wedding and this house suited our needs perfectly. Owners were attentive and accommodating. Home was centrally located and close to everything. The view from the patio is STUNNING! Would definitely book again.

Well-Equipped house in San Clemente

The house is located in a nice area of San Clemente. It has everything you need for a great stay. It is convenient to the highway and not far from the town. The house has a view of the ocean but also has quite a bit of highway noise.

Great house, good location.

Skip was very communicative and easy to work with. The house has plenty of space and the bedrooms are very comfortable. We loved the windows along the west wall that provided a beautiful ocean view and the outdoor patio on the west side was perfect. We would definitely return to this house.
