Modern Chic Waterfront Retreat in the Heart of Downtown Kelowna

This one of a kind property is situated in the heart of Downtown Kelowna overlooking Lake Okanagan, City Park and Marina. It is located across from Kelowna's iconic sails sculpture downtown where all restaurants, marinas, boardwalk and beaches are right outside your door.

The brand new and completely renovated apartment is ultra modern and tastefully designed with comfort in mind. Sip wine from the comfortable lake view patio or people watch from inside on the custom made window bench.

From May 17 to September 2, the street that this apartment is located on will be exclusively pedestrian traffic only with a six meter walkway to Kelowna's best restaurants, patios, and shops. (Don't worry, access to your secure underground parking is still available.) The location just can't be beat!

Ideal for a romantic getaway, or for the business traveller wanting a five star hotel experience while also enjoying the comforts of home. With a fully provisioned kitchen, luxurious bedding, and comfortable living room, just bring your suitcase and enjoy!

The condo location is great as it is right downtown across from a park and the lake. Lots if restaurants and shopping nearby. It is well appointed (very modern), well equipped in the kitchen, clean and the directions on how to use various items in the apartment were clearly marked on items. The manager responded quickly with questions and any issues we had. We will for sure rent the condo again on our next stay in Kelowna.

We absolutely loved everything about this condo! The host Dave was friendly and very helpful. The unit was spotless and beautifully decorated, along with having everything we could possibly need. A perfect location across from the park with a beautiful lake view. Dave even had a cold bottle of wine waiting for us! Parkade parking included. 10 out of 10 - couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. We will certainly go back!

Wife and I had a perfect 3-night getaway at this great property. Dave the host was always prompt and always one step ahead of us with his communications. His information was right on point so made this stay so easy to manage. Property was updated, pristine and clean. Every detail was already available if we needed anything. Location in town was perfectly located in the heart of all the activities from the beach to all the great restaurants and downtown, all with-in walking distance. Highly recommended and we will return.

Beautiful and central condo

This condo is beautifully decorated and in the perfect location. The bed is very comfortable as is the outdoor furniture. Even though the location is so close to all the downtown activity it was quiet at night so sleep. We were so happy with our little getaway home base.

Perfect in every way!

We travel extensively and this wonderful condo is at the top of our list! We loved everything about it. It was spotless, modern, beautifully decorated, all the amenities you could need (plus more) and the location is the very best in town. Secure parking is in a garage underneath. The street is pedestrian only during the summer months. And the view is spectacular. Dave is a wonderful host and has thought of every possible detail. He is very friendly and very easy to reach. We loved sitting out on the balcony, overlooking the lake and park. It was the first thing we did every morning, and last thing we did every night! We loved being able to walk to so many restaurants and bars. We loved strolling the walkways along the waterfront, past the marina into the wetlands boardwalks and the opposite direction past the parks, beaches and into the historic neighborhood. We walked for miles! We loved being near so many vineyards. We loved being on the beautiful lake and going sailing. And we loved glow of the sunsets behind the mountains. In short, we were in love with Kelowna and staying in this condo! Thank you Dave!

Can't be beat!

My husband and I spent a week here and it was wonderful! Dave was a great host; met us at the condo to show us where things were and to answer any questions we had. You cannot beat the location, it's right downtown with many restaurants, bars & shopping within walking distance, you are right across the street from the city park and the lake. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need; the bed was especially comfortable and there's a washer & dryer in case you need to do laundry. We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the sights; there's always something to see! We had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

ALL THINGS PERFECT

Location Location Location!! It is the perfect spot to be part of the Kelowna vibe. 100s of restrautants only steps away, the view is picture perfect, right by city park and marina. The view of the water is amazing. The suite was so nicely decorated and had many perks! google music, google light control, etc. Dave met us when we got there and explained everything and even had a bottle of wine chilling. Wow! thank you! Also loved the window bench, to just chill and read a book or the deck to chill and read a book, both spots are great. highly recommend
