Well-equipped kitchen, and private deck w/furniture. Shared outdoor shower. Walkway to the beach, seasonal pool access, grilling area, each unit has an outside shower for rinsing off. Across the street from Oak Island Golf Club and Duffer's Bar and Grill. Walking distance to fishing pier, restaurant, and beach club. Wireless internet access.

Southern Beauty is a two-bedroom oceanfront condo on the first level at Oak Island Beach Villas. It has an unobstructed view of the beach strand and ocean, and easy access to the beach walkway. There is a remodeled kitchen area with microwave, Keurig, dishwasher and accessories. The dining area includes a table for four. The living area includes a 42-inch Smart TV, DVD player and wireless internet. The ocean can be seen and heard in the master bedroom, which has its own Smart TV and adjoins a recently remodeled bathroom. The additional street side bedroom has two twin beds and adjoining remodeled bathroom. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower. Washer/dryer.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Great Rental Property and Location

Overall was a good stay. Did have about a day and a half where there was an issue with the A/C unit. While it was down the inside temp reached 80+ degrees. Once it was fixed things went well. Unexpected circumstances which pop up are a inconvenience but were overcame. Ocean views were as pictured on renatl site only better!!

Excellent property

Southern Beauty Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. View of beach from large balcony was stunning. Very conveniently located to Oak Island Pier and surrounding restaurants. Oak Island Accommodations Staff were very helpful, responsive and professional. Look forward to visiting again.

Great view but noisy neighbors

This place was clean,decorated beautifully, and had wonderful views,the only downfall were the people above us were running and stomping on the floor and moving furniture it seeme all times of the night and early mornings, if not for that this place would have got 5 stars.

Perfect getaway condo

The views from this condo cannot be beat! Excellent area and nice property. Condo has been upgraded and had everything we needed for the long weekend. Highly recommend

Great location and view, but could use some updates

Great things about this place: the location, the views from the living room and master bedroom, the renovated master bath. Not so great things: the kitchen is dated and was unclean. I meant to take a pictures of the sponges that were left for us to use, but suffice it to say they were put under the sink right away. And an ill fitting poster on the side of the refrigerator couldn't hide the rust/mess? that was under it. But the strong internet, responsiveness of the office staff and just the general vibe of the place made up for these issues. I wouldn't definitely return to Oak Island Accommodations, just maybe not in this unit.

Great view! Comfortable accommodations!

This condo had the best view from the living room and the bedroom. Great access to the beach and to the pier and also very close to some of the best restaurants. The furniture on the porch was exceptional for having coffee or cocktail or just watching the ocean. Planning on staying again!
