Henderson Beach Villas is a luxurious new project in Destin. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, each villa features unparalleled gulf views, a rooftop pool, private movie theater, and private beach access. This rooftop pool features one of the best views in the city where guests can take a dip to cool off, or just relax and sunbathe. Inside, this villa features gorgeous decor and modern design with luxurious fixtures and beautiful tile work in the bathrooms. It's Crystal Clear where your next vacation should be!

Prepare to have your breath taken away from the moment you enter this luxurious condo. A south wall of doors offers unforgettable views of the beach and direct access to the Gulf front patio where guests can relax or dine. Open the pocket sliding doors and blur the line between your indoor and outdoor living spaces. An open floor plan allows guests to flow through the space effortlessly and a neutral palette perfectly highlights the gorgeous emerald greens and blues of the Gulf. The first floor offers a living room with comfy furniture gathered around the TV, formal dining for eight, and a gourmet kitchen suitable for a chef. Stone waterfall counters house a Wolf four burner stove, stainless steel appliances, main sink and veggie sink, plus bar seating for six. One king bedroom is available that includes a private bathroom.

A primary king bedroom and two additional king bedrooms can be found on the second floor. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and one with a beachview! The primary king bedroom features a stunning Gulf view with access to a private balcony, for enjoying a perfect morning moment of fresh air and relaxation. This room also features a spectacular private bathroom with a shower and soaking tub.

Two final bedrooms will be found on the third floor, a king bedroom and a final primary king bedroom that also features breathtaking views of the Gulf, a private bathroom, and a private balcony that includes access to the rooftop pool by way of a spiral staircase. This floor also offers an amazing in-home theater with six reclining seats that have drink holders - just bring popcorn!

Memorial Day week
This is such a nice condo, and we enjoyed our stay. Everything is how presented in the photos, but our pool was not full. It was about 3/4 full of water. A maintenance man told us that is how they keep it, but he didn’t offer an explanation. The rooftop deck is very nice! We enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach: only steps away! However, while we were there, we called the management company daily. They were wonderful and responded very quickly to our needs. The first call was about the elevator! It stopped working, and a couple of family members were stuck for a short time. Then the ice maker wasn’t working, and they worked on it. They brought a couple of bags of ice for us. The ice maker did begin working, but it doesn’t produce a large amount of ice each day. The elevator was worked on three times during our stay. The biggest problem was the air conditioner! The only floor that worked was the second floor and part of the third floor. They brought us portable air conditioners and box fans. The portable air conditioners were not possible in the living area because of the size of the windows. We used these for the entire week because it was not repaired during our stay. It was very miserable for everyone, but especially for the oldest and youngest members of our family. While this was a terrible problem, we were still able to enjoy our time on the beach. Thanks to the management team’s negotiations, we received a partial refund.
