Inn at Summerwind 601 is a beautiful end condo, conveniently located on the sixth floor, providing stunning Gulf-front views of crystal-clear waters from the private balcony. The well-equipped kitchen is completely upgraded with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar stools. This lovely condo has a relaxing ambience with excellent decor, providing a truly at-home feel throughout. You'll be able to relax in central air-conditioning the whole time.

The Inn at Summerwind is one of three buildings in the Summerwind Resorts complex, located directly on the stunning beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and conveniently located near the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier. Enjoy multiple community pools (one heated seasonally), a hot tub, a sundeck, and outdoor showers on site. There is also a Gulf-front fitness center. The Inn at Summerwind is located directly on the beach, just a short stroll down the boardwalk to the most sought-after white sand and gorgeous waters of Northwest Florida.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great time

We really enjoyed this property. We had originally booked somewhere and vacasa took care of us and even provided an upgraded condo when our original had gotten water damage. This place was in a good location, not too crowded, clean, and even had 24/7 security. Would definitely go back.

Nice Corner Condo

Nice condo with nice kitchen supplies. Only draw back is the music from Windjammers, which is oneof our favorite places to go to. If it's outside karaoke night, is is brutal. The singing is so bad and you can't go on the patio without listening to it. But if you like that kind of thing, this is your place. Overall, great place in a perfect location.

Local had a Staycation

We live in Navarre and rented for family to stay. We stayed too! Pleased not to have to dodge the traffic on and off bridge to get home. Side note...:get yourself a nice spot on the beach early if you are not renting a beach chair. Beach chair people set up early and take prime spots! Views were beautiful and the water was perfect to swim out to the sandbar!

Spring Getaway

Everything was great for us during our stay for the most part. Convenient location, easy access to the beach, and cozy living space. We loved the view, the space in the condo, and location. The nearby restaurants were good as well. The only issues we had was the traffic coming in on the first day, not enough clarity prior to arrival on how to reserve beach chairs and an umbrella, and the construction next door had loud drilling and sawing past 5 pm. All minor issues in the grand scheme of things. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect stay!

The location was perfect and the unit was immaculate when we checked in. There was everything we needed. The beach chair folks were super nice. The only issue we had was the fan in the twin bedroom was dripping into the toilet. Wasn't an issue for us since nobody was using that bedroom. This was the perfect place to watch the pier fireworks. The covered parking spot was a HUGE perk. Will definitely look for this unit again when we come back!

Lack of customer support

This location was great. Condo was nice. The internet did not work. When asked about it they stated that the HOA is responsible. They would contact us once it was working. Never were contacted. We tried numerous time to connect to the internet it never worked. We tired several times to reach customer service after hours. We were place on hold and never was able to speak with anyone. The towels under the bathroom sinks were dirty. I needed to wash them for us to use them. The one bathroom tub would not drain. Maybe with it being a holiday weekend that is why the customer service was non existent. Just be aware if you stay here do not count on getting any customer support.

❌ ❌❌Cleanliness- ⚠️⚠️⚠️“Brown body waste” on bed linen!!! Trash found under bed. 🔯🔯🔯Email instructions & app were good. Check-in on arrival day was at a remote site which was somewhat inconvenient. ❌❌❌Accuracy of listing- ⚠️Did Not disclose kitchen supplies. Called Vacasa twice, 2 weeks prior to arrival, for complete list of amenities & was told twice by 2 different representatives, that there were NO dishes, cups or utensils, only wine glasses. We purchased, packed & traveled with these supplies, only to find a stocked kitchen on arrival. ❌❌❌Communication with property manager- ⚠️Called Tammy about AC not cooling properly & was told repairman would attend shortly, but no one ever showed up. 🔯🔯🔯🔯🔯Location was Great 🔯🔯 Condo was nice except for previous items noted, plus: ⚠️3rd bedroom was hot, no ceiling fan, TV placement was rediculous (on bedside table, at head of beds), no curtains to block sunlight. ⚠️Plan to Dispute charges for condo and disappointing services by Vicasa & management.

Beautiful Beach Rental

Summerwind 601 was an excellent rental. My family of 4, including 2 kids ages 7 and 10, as well as my parents enjoyed a wonderful week of vacation at Navarre Beach, FL. From the minute we walked in, we loved this updated condo that was spacious and full of light and wonderful views. Each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom and provided for some alone time for each group. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well after long days on the beach. The kitchen was also well stocked and had everything that we needed, though sharper knives would have been helpful. We were there the week before 4th of July and were able to enjoy fireworks, live music from the nearby restaurants and even a flyby from the Blue Angels from the comfort of the wrap-around deck. The community amenities at the condo are wonderful as well. We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub daily. The condo also includes two chairs and an umbrella set up at the beach. This was very nice to have as well, although beware-the front row setups along the water were all reserved ahead of time for the week we were there. Another big plus for this condo was the included parking-one spot is under the building which made loading and unloading very easy and kept the car cool and out of the sun. There are a few things I would work on, including having towels in the kitchen, adding ventilation fans in the bathrooms, and also taking care of a moldy area on the ceiling outside of the bathroom in the main bedroom that looks like it is the result of a previous leak from a floor above. Overall though we would definitely return to this rental for another great beach vacation!

Pleasant Stay-Great Sunrise View

Nicely decorated condo and adequately stocked. We stayed there for a girls trip. We only had a few issues, the air in the front bedrooms didn't cool very well, the sink backed up a few times (had to plunge it lose), the master bedroom patio door stuck and wouldn't open, the ice maker didn't work, there wasn't a dust pan for the broom in the kitchen, we only had five wrist bands available for us to access the pool area, and no extra blankets in closets. These issues were not a deal breaker for us (like I stated, girls trip) but for other people you might want to make sure things like air in those front bed rooms are working adequately before checking in especially in June-Sep. Other those things mentioned nice condo. Parking could be bit of a headache at times. Be aware at check in/out times carts are difficult to find. Condo is located close to pier and several restaurants, there are two that play music on weekends which is nice. All in all I would recommend the condo, but be cautious of the air, you want to be comfortable.

Nice location

The property was as described with a great location. Watching dolphins playing around the pier was great. The property could use a deep clean (doors base boards and floors) but was overall a comfortable stay. Plenty of towels and well stocked kitchen.

Clean and comfortable with a great view

Our family really enjoyed this room. It was clean, it was very comfortable and it had a great view. We had two reserved beach chairs every morning. We watched all the sea life around the pier every day. Even a storm that rolled in was neat to watch. It was a great room and we would definitely reserve it again. We went with four adults and two children.

Loved the location by the Navarre Pier. Great condo, balcony corner was awesome. Minor repairs needed like roulet paper holder/ towel rack and property management fixed on first day.

This was our first time renting a condo on vacation. This condo was everything we could have wanted. Beautiful views with corner wrap around balcony. Very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. Seem less check in and check out. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Views/Beautiful Condo

We loved staying during June of 2022. We were excited to find out we received a free set of two chairs & an umbrella, from Lazy Days Beach Service, each day of our visit. It was nice to walk directly from the lobby, past the pool and straight onto the beach. There are two restaurants within walking distance, and one (in walking distance if it's not too hot) across the street. The condo was beautifully furnished, and larger than condos we have previously rented in Destin. The beach at Navarre is lovely! We would love to return to this condo.
