Welcome to this upscale and spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom end-unit condo located on Navarre Beach. Enjoy the emerald green waters and sunsets on the private wrap around balcony with stunning 8th floor views of the Gulf of Mexico and views of the Sound (Inter-coastal Waterway). There are three large swimming pools (one heated in winter) and 3 hot tubs. Beach chair & umbrella service included (3/1-10/31)

This elegant condo features a King bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom with two twin beds in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa — sleeps up to 8. There is private bath in each bedroom. This unit has a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer. Pack N Play, high chair, and stroller available for your little ones.

Just a short walk takes you to the Pier for some fishing, local restaurants including Juanas/Sailers Grill, Windjammers on the pier, and Andy D’s Restaurant. Great food and great service!

Navarre Beach is a family friendly community with bike/walking paths that stretch the length of Gulf Blvd to Pensacola Beach. Along with enjoying Navarre’s top-rated beaches, be sure to check out our many local restaurants and gift shops, longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. Need some retail therapy? Great Shopping can be found on Pensacola Beach Boardwalk or thirty miles away to Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Harbor Walk Village and Grand Boulevard. A short drive to Pensacola you can view the famous light house or the Naval Museum.

Awesome Condo
We have stayed in Navarre several times in years past and this is the best condo we’ve had. My son loves to fish at the pier and it is within walking distance. The condo has everything imaginable. There were even a couple of like new fishing rods although we didn’t need them. Our son is active military serving in Okinawa in the USAF and this was a perfect getaway to spend time with him before he heads back overseas. Will definitely be our first choice to rent the next time we visit Navarre.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had a wonderful experience in the Sea Esta Condo at Navarre. Only issue encountered was the HVAC wasn't working but was fixed in a very timely fashion. Will definitely book again in the future.

Would answer the phone immediately or return my call in a very reasonable amount of time. I rated the cleanliness at a 4 because the floors could have be cleaner. Our feet or socks would get very dirty. Maybe a little better mopping. A drawer in the master bath needs repair, scared me to death when it dropped when I pulled it out. The kitchen had everything we needed except for a kitchen scissors. All in all, it was a great place to stay. The grands loved it and are already talking about next year. We would return...

My wife and I rented for 2 weeks and our 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren visited us for a week. We had a fantastic time on the beach and pier. They even have a stroller for your kids.We would recommend this rental to our friends and we plan on coming back next year.
