This place was fantastic! We stayed for a week during Spring Break, the kids enjoyed every minute of it! The views of the pier and ocean are exceptional! Our host was AMAZING! We loved the condo so much, but even more so the personalization and overall feeling of being welcomed! He left an anniversary cake in our fridge, which was so touching and thoughtful. The condo was clean, views were incredible and Eric was one call away if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay at the beach. It was a nice rental right on the beach with plenty of parking. The 3 pools were well maintained. It was also nice to have chairs and beach toys to use. The host responded quickly to all of our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Oceanfront Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at the property, and will not be the last! There have been improvements made since our last stay, including having beach towels, upgraded shampoo and conditioner, among other things. The view is absolutely incredible, the beds are very comfortable, and everything is well kept and maintained. I highly suggest this location!

We will be back!

Host had excellent communication and the condo was very clean with a fantastic layout. You can comfortably plan for 4 large adults and 2 kids. Everything we needed was there: chairs, towels, toys, Keurig, condiments. Easy parking and building access. Town is private with multiple great restaurants next to the condo.

We're now lifers .

Just going to sum it all up and say we are now lifers. Were already talking about our next trip back. We will be coming back next year in May. Kids absolutely enjoyed they stay, restaurants were close by but the view was priceless.

The moment I found Navarre, I knew instantly that a beach-front condo was my goal. I found the perfect condo at Summerwinds, and I'd like to share this slice of heaven with you.
