Brand new kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, side by side refrigerator and quartz throughout the kitchen. All new flooring and furniture throughout the unit. New washer and dryer, and newly renovated bathrooms. Everything is NEW!

Living space is 1157 square feet and comfortably sleeps 6+; 2 king beds, a set of bunk beds and a queen pull out couch. Flat screen tv’s in every room to enjoy some entertainment after a sun-soaked day.

Extraordinary views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Navarre fishing pier view from the 7th floor balcony off the master bedroom and living area.

Summerwind resort offers beach access, 3 pools, 3 Jacuzzis as well as a fitness room.

The perfect getaway is located within 3-10 miles of multiple restaurants including: Dewey Destin’s seafood, Slippery Mermaid sushi bar, Samurai hibachi and Scooters fish house.

The condo was lovely and the view was awesome. The owner was wonderful too. We had an issue with one of the doors and he came over immediately to repair it. Navarre is our new favorite Florida beach. We definitely plan come back !!

Loved the balcony! Beautiful view! Shaded and cool breeze made it a lovely place to relax at all times. Oh and the daily dolphins! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed.

This place was fantastic! We stayed for a week during Spring Break, the kids enjoyed every minute of it! The views of the pier and ocean are exceptional! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach! Would highly recommend Eric and this condo, he was great with booking and communication!

This condo was perfect! Beautiful views. Nice size balcony. Kitchen was stocked (ice maker even worked!!) The beds were comfy. The host was super easy to communicate with. Parking was a breeze. Walking distance to the pier. We will definitely be back, hopefully this summer. This was the perfect Mother's Day weekend.

Location was incredible, walking distance to the pier. Accommodations were incredible and thoughtful from the shampoo and face cleansing wipes to everything you could need in the kitchen. Decor was adorable as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Our host was AMAZING! We loved the condo so much, but even more so the personalization and overall feeling of being welcomed! He left an anniversary cake in our fridge, which was so touching and thoughtful. The condo was clean, views were incredible and Eric was one call away if we needed anything. My husband kept saying all week, “man, he really thought of everything”. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Navarre Paradise!

We absolutely loved this condo! Everything we needed was there. Beach view is amazing and access was easy! The pools were a nice break from the beach. Eric was very fast at answering any questions we had. Restaurants and entertain was all close by. We will definitely be a repeat vistior!

Our Navarre Getaway

Navarre beach rental

We enjoyed our stay at the beach. It was a nice rental right on the beach with plenty of parking. The 3 pools were well maintained. It was also nice to have chairs and beach toys to use. The host responded quickly to all of our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Oceanfront Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at the property, and will not be the last! There have been improvements made since our last stay, including having beach towels, upgraded shampoo and conditioner, among other things. The view is absolutely incredible, the beds are very comfortable, and everything is well kept and maintained. I highly suggest this location!

I'm orginally from Massachusetts and Maine. I came to a point in my life where I could no longer deal with the cold and snow. I sold my home, packed up and moved south. I stumbled across Navarre Beach in search of relocating to the panhandle.

The moment I found Navarre, I knew instantly that a beach-front condo was my goal. I found the perfect condo at Summerwinds, and I'd like to share this slice of heaven with you.

Start beautiful memories and experience luxury beach living. You won't find a prettier sunset and beach views than from this 7th floor condo. You must experience Sea-clusion for yourself.
