Unit A530 has a wonderful view of Waterscape's lush tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. It is conveniently located close to the 5th-floor parking deck and elevators which makes it easily accessible for loading and unloading. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating, and as an end unit, the balcony provides additional privacy. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a table with seating. This lovely and well-furnished unit offers a twin bunk area with a 19' TV/DVD, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen leather sofa bed and loveseat, a 50' high definition TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with shower/tub, 32' TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet. this home has blackout curtains on all windows, tile flooring throughout, and has WIFI internet access.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
