A522 was awesome! Very clean, nice furniture and a decent view from the balcony of the courtyard, palm trees and partial view of the gulf. The decor was beautiful, up to date and good amenities. Bed was comfortable. We are a middle aged couple and have been to Ft Walton several times. Waterscape is more family oriented and is a huge complex. The room was in a convenient location, located between elevators and decently close to the parking garage. Since it’s closer to the garage there is a longer walk to the beach, but who doesn’t need the extra steps, right! The host was awesome and very responsive to texts or messages.

We love the waterscape community! We have stayed in multiple properties, but this was our first time staying with Coastal Property management. We arrived to the condo and immediately noticed the property had recently flooded. I messaged the property manager without response. I called and was informed that the HVAC unit had leaked into the condo, but the issue was marked as resolved. The floor was seeping water through all the unions in the flooring. Every time you stepped, water would surface. I asked to be placed in a different property. There was no other unit to move us into. The lady on the phone said someone would come the next day to evaluate the situation, place a dehumidifier, etc. I asked why we weren't informed so we could have made alternative plans. It was also frustrating to wait around on a vacation for a service tech to come. I asked to be called prior to someone entering the property. The lady said someone would call. The next day I received a text message instead of a call asking if there was still water in the property. Then was asked where the water was located. Someone was supposed to be dispatched out. Again, the task was updated to call us first prior to coming into the property. No one reached out to us. We never walked back into the property to a dehumidifier or work in progress. Upon check out at 955, a gentleman from maintenance with Coastal Vibe showed up at the door to apologize for not calling, but inform us someone came yesterday without calling

Nice unit. Bed was not comfortable at all and over used. At walk in unit has a musty moldy smell
 might have been the hallway or run at entry. Outside of that, has a good time.

Amazing Family Beach Vacation

The condo was perfect for my family's first beach vacation! The property was well kept, clean and had everything we needed and more! Direct access to the beach with chairs and umbrella were the cherry on top! My 3 boys enjoyed all the free activities and events on site and especially enjoyed the pools and splash pad. We used the grills on the property to cook several dinners and never had any issues with finding an open one. We'll be back!

Great trip - Great Condo - Wonderful Location

This is our second year staying at Waterscape for a family vacation. This resort is extremely kid-friendly, with many choices for water fun. Our condo was easily accessible upon arrival and had everything promised. We will definitely be back.

Easter Weekend with the Family

Great stay at Waterscape condos with the family for Easter weekend. The kiddie pools were absolutely perfect and what I was looking for for my 1 and 3 year old. This unit was updated and super clean, my 3 year old loved the bunk beds. Only thing I wish was that checkout was at least 11am if not noon, 10am doesn't allow for even a quick pool morning before leaving out and our son was sad he didn't get to go to the pool one more time. We will definitely return to this condo in the future.

Wonderful Stay in the South

Our week by this property was so nice! The beach and pool areas are wonderful! This place is close enough to Destin, as well as, the Gulf Island National Seashore. We also enjoyed shuffle board competition amongest family members. We'll definitely remember this place for when we. Come back! Thanks !

Nice family vacation

The condo had everything we needed, adorable, very clean, and we had plenty of room for our family of four. The owner was quick to respond. We had issues with our disposal and he had someone over to fix it right away. We would stay at this place again when we come back.

Love A522 and renting with Coastal Vibes

The condo was clean and well-maintained, it had everything we needed and more. The view was great and loved the patio. We always rent with Coastal Vibes, which has always given us a wonderful experience and made everything so easy. We loved staying at Waterscape as well, there were so many things for the kids and adults to do.

Beautiful Condo

Highly recommend renting through Coastal Vibes. The process is easy with clear communication. Any issues were responded to quickly and addressed to the best of their ability. Our condo was beautifully updated and clean. Convenient access to the pools, and parking.

Perfect Family Stay

Beautiful condo with enough space for all 4 of us. Tons of towels and basics to get us started. The amenities were perfect for 10 & 12 year old-and beachfront was amazing. Lots of restaurants, shopping and fun just a few minutes away.

Pool closure

Wonderful unit and resort. Enjoyed the first 22 days very much, however the last 4 days there were total pool closures that were unexpected and when we asked if they would consider compensation credit we were told no. Besides the closure of the pools, the constant noise of generators, jackhammers, power washers and vacuums from our balcony was not exactly relaxing.
