Waterscape A618 is a tastefully decorated, condo boasting incredible views of the surrounding Waterscape community and peaks of the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With a king bed in the bedroom, a twin bunk bed nestled in the separate bunk area, as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room, Waterscape A618 accommodates up to six guests comfortably. Whether you are taking a family beach vacation, going on a spontaneous trip with your closest friends, attending a special event or any occasion between, Waterscape A618 provides a picture-perfect accommodation. Upon entering, you will find the bunk area on your left, leading to the full guest bathroom, which offers a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The bunk area is ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. To the right of the entrance is the well-equipped kitchen, with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances plenty of storage space in elegant wood cabinetry, as well as all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen leads to the dining area and living room, providing plenty of space for the whole family. The glass dining table seats four guests and there are three additional bar chairs by the kitchen breakfast bar. Step into the welcoming living area, offering comfortable furnishings with matching décor featuring pops of color, as well as a large TV and DVD player combination. Cozy up with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Okaloosa Island has to offer.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 6.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
