Brand new building with all the modern amenities including custom kitchen with pristine stainless appliances, plenty of counter space and breakfast bar with views. Hardwood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, roomy closets, spacious bedrooms. Convenient washer/dryer. Spacious bathroom with lakeview. Raised deck with lakeview and privacy. Walking distance on sidewalks to variety of area favorite restaurants, groceries, convenience stores and take-out. Walking distance to waterside parks, village shopping and dining and famous Winter Carnival Ice Palace site and fireworks displays 4 times per year.

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay with our two young adult sons. The beds were comfortable, the open floor plan gave us room to prepare meals and relax together. I loved the beautiful wood floors and wood paneled raised ceiling. It was very clean. There is some traffic on Lake Flower Road, but the location is close to many activities.

Location location!

This property is located on the edge of Saranac Lake and is a short drive to downtown and all of its great restaurants and shops. It is only 15 minutes to Lake Placid and all of the attractions there. It's a comfortable space with a full kitchen and a nice deck with a view of Lake Flower to relax, enjoy a coffee or glass or wine on. The only minor downsides were that despite being close to downtown Lake Saranac, it's not really walkable. Also, its right on Rt. 86 so it's not exactly quiet if you have the windows open (with them closed you'll never know).

Holiday weekend in the heart of the Adirondacks

We spent the 4th of July weekend with our adult daughters here. Very convenient to both Lake Saranac and Lake Placid. NY started reopening just prior and while some business are still closed or operating with limitations we still enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Hiking and boating opportunities are abundant in the area. This property is very comfortable, totally clean and sanitized. The home is beautiful with a cabin like feel due to all the woodwork. Really enjoyed looking over the lake with morning coffee and evening cocktails from the deck. Owners are very nice and good communicators. If you are a light sleeper and have the windows open you may notice early morning traffic. We will definitely be back!

We stayed with my son and fiance for 3 nights during the Lake Placid Triathlon. The Unit is will situated about a 10 minute drive from the main town. Very easy-one road- to get back and forth. Additionally a few casual restaurants within minutes. It was very clean and well equipped to accommodate our needs. One Queen br and the other with set of bunk. Good for small family. It seems the Unit shares a building with the owner's professional office space. Not a big deal- just mentioning. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again

Wonderful , clean accommodations.

Cloudy, chilly weather but still able to walk to wherever we wanted to go. Thanks to the tip of our host were able to achieve prime location for fireworks! Thanks so much.

Probably the best apartment in Saranac Lake that feels more like a cottage!

Such a lovely place to stay! Brand new apartment built with carefully picked materials in traditional cottage style. Close to all activities, shops and entertainment.
