Particulièrement bon pour les enfants avec beaucoup d'espace pour jouer (y compris un champ en dessous de la maison), piscine (avec porte et alarme) et trampoline. 4 chambres sur deux étages offrent un espace très confortable pour 8 personnes (plus deux lits bébé sont disponibles). Proche de toutes les villages de Tourtour et Aups dans le cœur de la région du Var truffe célèbre.

Situé à côté d'une grande réserve naturelle, idéal pour les vététistes et les randonneurs, cette villa se sent très provinciale, tout en étant à seulement 2 km du village de Tourtour, une attraction en soi avec une place centrale idyllique et plusieurs bars et restaurants - élu l'un des plus beaux villages de la France, avec le label de qualité 'Plus Beaux Village de France ». Point de départ facile pour explorer les fermes viticoles locales et le reste de la région, notamment le célèbre lac de Sainte-Croix, le Verdon et ses environs.

The location is amazing. The views stunning and peaceful Beautiful 20 mins walk into tourtour centre. We had 5 month old baby and was all very easy. Belle, the manager helped immediately when asked. Pool fabulous and outside area. Plenty of shade, loungers and table and chairs. Would def return. Very rural setting

Stunning

The property is in an amazing location with stunning views. We are a family of 7 adults and never felt like we were on top of each other. Very spacious. Fans in all bedrooms. The outdoor area seated everyone and there are lots of places to eat in the village which was about a 25 minute walk away. The owner communicated well and the person who oversees the change over was really helpful and friendly. Would certainly visit again and recommend for families with older children or groups of friends wanting a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Fantastic location, property not so much

The property was in a marvellous location with amazing views. But on arrival there was an extremely unpleasant smell throughout which suggested a problem with the drains. Also, the swimming pool was in need of a good clean and the poolside furniture was grubby and dirty. We thought that the property had been closed up and not occupied for some time, but on meeting the caretaker the following day we were informed that there had been people in every week for several weeks. Fortunately the smell disappeared with frequent use of water supply and keeping windows open. We also washed the poolside cushions and cleaned the pool. Not the ideal start to our family get together, but we still managed to make the most of our stay in this amazing area visiting nearby locations. Highlights visiting the Gorges du Verdon and frequent strolls into Tourtour .

Maison 3 chambres.

La piscine et les environs sont très sympa, la vue superbe, le gérant Bella est très gentil. Malheureusement la quatrième chambre n'en est pas vraiment une, plus une buanderie avec un lit d'appoint superposée qui ne correspond pas du tout à la photo. Elle n'avait pas été préparée pour notre arrivée alors que nous avions prévu de l'utiliser. (3 célibataires et un couple) Un seau d'eau usagée et les produit d'entretient étant dans la pièce ainsi que la machine à laver. Nous nous somme débrouillé et Bella nous a dit qu'il y avait des draps en plus si nécessaire mais cette pièce ne devrait pas compter pour une chambre. Les photos sont trompeuses, car deux chambres à l'étage sont montrées en photo, et la même chambre en bas est montrée sous deux configuration différentes, une avec des lit jumeaux, une avec un lit double. La 4ieme "chambre" avec un lit superposé n'apparait pas sur les photos. Un détail à coté, mais contrairement à ce que dit le fascicule explicatif, il n'y a plus de bbq au gaz (hors service). Le bbq classique attenant à la façade est fonctionnel mais c'est malheureusement moins agréable à utiliser car sur le parking, loin des tables. Comme le dise certains commentaires un peu vétuste mais ce n'est pas un problème pour nous, c'est vraiment la dernière chambre qui n'en est pas une qui est le plus gros point négatif. Nous avons tout de même passé de très bon moment, en particulier au bord de la piscine avec le salon d'été offrant une vue très agréable.

Propriété exceptionnel par contre villa très vétuste... Il est grand temps de la Rénover entièrement

Situation, vue, terrain, emplacement de la villa : rien a Redire, c'était parfait. Par contre la villa est très vétuste Et peu entretenue malheureusement. Je pense que des travaux de rénovation sont prévu pour cet hiver et tant mieux car il est grand temps.

Super Woche Familienurlaub Ende Juni

Wir haben Ende Juni eine Woche mit unseren 2 erwachsenen Kindern un deren Partnern im Ferienhaus verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Anwesen ist zwar etwas abgelegen von Tourtour, aber mit dem Auto ohne Probleme zu erreichen und man genießt eine himmlische Ruhe. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer in wirklich angenehmer Größe und mit bequemen Doppelbetten und einem zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer mit einem Etagenbett und Klappsofa. Es gibt zwei ordentliche Duschbäder. Der Pool ist sehr schön und mit einer Gegenstromanlage ausgestattet und das ganze Gelände ist weitläufig und hat viel Platz für Kinder, die sich gern bewegen. Das Wifi funktionierte ausgezeichnet !!! Zum Einkaufen empfehlen wir Aups oder Villcroze - in Tourtour gibt es einige nette Restaurants und den Bäcker. Wir brauchten eine dreiviertel Stunde, um mit dem Auto zum Lac de St.Croix zu kommen und eine knappe Stunde, um den Strand in Frejus zu erreichen. Der kleine Ort Tourtour ist sehr charmant und lohnt den Besuch. Der Kontakt mit Bregje war ausgezeichnet und sie kümmert sich sofort, wenn es irgendwelche Probleme gibt. Es wäre gut, einen funktionierenden Fernseher anzuschaffen, da manche Gäste abends oder bei schlechten Wetter doch gern mal einen größeren Bildschirm als PC oder IPad hätten. Ansonsten haben wir unsere Wahl nicht bereut und empfehlen die "Villa Agachoun" gern weiter.

La maison est très agréable, bien située avec une superbe vue. Il manque peut être quelques installations, notamment des barrières si l'on vient avec des jeunes enfants dans le jardin/piscine, mais le trampoline nous a vite fait oublier cela. La personne qui nous a reçu était très sympathique, à l'écoute et conciliante. Très bonne semaine

Fijn huis op een geweldig mooie locatie

Wij hebben maximaal genoten van ons weekje TourTour en het fijne huis op een unieke locatie. de tuin geeft maximale vrijheid en het uitzicht (ook vanuit het verwarmde zwembad) is uniek. Het huis is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien, het enige nadeel is dat de weg naar het huis niet erg toegankelijk is, en de bakker is op minimaal 15 min rijden. Tevens zijn de badkamers en toilet aan renovatie toe en zou een nieuw interieur in deze prijsklasse op zijn plaatst zijn.

Abgenutztes Haus mit ungenügendem Unterhalt. Reinigung unzureichend (Toilette mussten wir selber nachputzen). Trotz Dauerlüftung penetranter Geruch im Schlafzimmer (nicht definierbar). Pool mit Algen verunreinigt. Bemühungen zum Säubern erfolglos. Rundumreinigung dringend erforderlich. Zahl der Schlafplätze falsch: viertes ''Schlafzimmer'' ist Waschküche und Warmwasseraufbereitung, also Haus nur für 6 Personen geeignet. Hinter dem Haus lagert kaputtes Material seit längerem. Fotos sind bei Bedarf erhältlich.

Entspannung garantiert

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes (ca 20 Minuten gemütlicher Fußweg), so dass nichts die Ruhe trübt - die Rufe des Fasans, das Zirpen der Grillen und Quaken der Frösche sind eine entspannende Hintergrundmusik beim atemberaubenden Blick in die Ferne von Pool und Terrase. Ausstattung des Hauses und der Küche ist völlig ausreichend für ein ländliches Ferienhaus (kein Luxus, aber alles funktioniert). Ein toller Aufenthalt auch Dank des Ansprechpartners vor Ort, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. In der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken oder man lässt einfach die Seele baumeln!

Villa Agachoun is a real delight!

When we arrived at the Villa, Bella was there, a superb host who showed us around, explained all the details and already made us feel at home. The Villa is beautiful, spacious, clean and well equipped. We came here for the pool and the garden but especially for the stunning views in particular from the heated pool. We experienced two weeks of luxury, tranquility and total relaxation. An extra tip for a possible trip when you stay at the Villa, do visit Tourtour but especially, reserve a table at La Mimounia, a special restaurant with very tasty Moroccan food prepared by Bella’s mother! We will love to come back here. Thanks again for sharing this great place!

Great location

We stayed with our teens at Agachoun and really enjoyed our stay. The house is situated on a tranquil location with a nice view towards the hills and the Grimaldi tower. It's a bit of a pity the electricity company decided to put an electricity pole right on the terrain but the view is still great and it's a small pole, so no big deal actually (maybe an idea to put a cypress in front of it, so it blends in the landscape). The pool is great and can be heated, there is also a jet stream which is a nice addition. Tourtour is a great small village and is really cozy. There is a small grocery and a lot of restaurants, so no real need to take your car. Thumbs up for the nice welcome we got from Bella, he really took care of everything we needed.

Absolutt å anbefale.

Vi var syv voksne personer som ferierte en uke og huset var mer enn stort nok for oss. Helt ny gassgrill, et stort og nytt Miele kjøleskap med frys, oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin, tørketrommel, støvsuger, mer enn nok av glass, kopper og bestikk. Gode senger og gode sofaer i stuen som vi dessverre måtte bruke mer enn ønskelig på grunn av været. Flott basseng med uteplass som ble benyttet flittig. Fantastisk utsikt. Det meste er bra på dette stedet, men huset bærer preg av litt slitasje. Mange gode fotturruter i nærheten som vi brukte daglig. Vi brukte litt i underkant av en halv time til fots inn til Tourtour. En sjarmerende liten by med flere gode restauranter. Et bakeri med ferske brødvarer hver morgen. Et godt råd er å vente til klokka 8.00 da utvalget er bedre enn rett etter åpningstid. Vi kjøpte grønnsaker og frukt på torvet om morgenen og det er et lite supermarked som har de viktigste matvarene. For storhandel anbefales supermarked i Salerne eller rett utenfor Aups. Ferieboligen tilfredsstilte våre forventninger og veldig deilig med stillheten. Ingen forstyrrende biltrafikk eller flygning. Vertene snakker godt engelsk og er både imøtekommende og interesserte i at gjestene skal trives. For oss var ferieboligen tilnærmet perfekt, men de som er ute etter luksus og svært høy bostandard bør velge noe annet. Slik vi ser det fikk vi oppleve det ekte Provence i en feriebolig med både hjerte og ekte varme. Bostedet ble bestilt et år i forveien og kommunikasjonen underveis med både utleier og reiseselskap fungerte bra. Alle priser som ble oppgitt på forhånd stemte, noe som faktisk kan være et problem, og for de som er skeptiske til forhåndsbetaling så glem det. Det er andre gang vi bestiller via HomeAway og det har fungert bra. Vi takker for en flott ferie i Frankrike og ser ikke bortifra at det blir flere ferier i landet.

Ideal vacation villa for outdoor living in a quiet,beautiful setting

This villa is only a few minutes drive from Tourtour down a very quite rural road.The facilities around the pool and the views are unbeatable and justify a stay here.We found the villa clean and tidy with adequate facilities for 6. As a base for exploring the region, for local bakery and supermarket food shopping and restaurants, its all good.We found the locality ideal for evening walks after a restful day at the pool.

You pay for the location - not the property.

The location of this property will not disappoint. Absolutely breathtaking view, peaceful and a short walk to the pretty village of TourTour.It's also a great spot for travelling to the Lac St Croix and Verdon Gorge. Unfortunately the house itself is in serious need of some TLC. On arrival we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property and we had, as expected, been requested to bring cash for the cleaning of the house so we were quite surprised to find it in such poor condition. The inside of the house was fair but there was an overwhelming smell of the drains and there were dirty marks on some of the inside walls. The bin outside the front door was overflowing from previous guests. There was a bag of garbage in the patio area. There was other litter and debris strewn over the steps and are leading to the pool. The pool furniture was permanently stained with what looked like mould, the cushions hadn't been washed and and table hadn't been cleaned. The outdoor seating area had broken chairs all round it and the pool was very dirty with algae. The property looked very tired and nothing like the 'wow' factor of the photos! Also, the baby cot hadn't been put together properly and when we placed our baby in the whole thing collapsed.For a safety issue we contacted the caretaker immediately and were advised instructions were in the 'house manual'. This was a link to YouTube! The caretaker, Bregje,said she would come by the following morning & we expressed our disappointment and she half-heartedly tried to rectify some of the problems. Sadly she didn't seem very interested and was full of excuses. "The cushions are cleaned every 2 weeks" etc. The most disappointing thing we were told,repeatedly, was that it was "the end of the season".This is not what you want to hear when you are paying a huge amount of money - it may have been the end of season for them but it was the first day of our holiday and we were paying peak season rates. As the week went on, we noticed more and more things that weren't up to standard: broken chair, light fittings broken, gas bbq near empty, broken fan... Again we were told "end of season". Bregje told us she would return on Friday but she didn't - only text to instruct us where to leave the cleaning money (!) and with instructions to take the rubbish with us, empty the dishwasher and clean bbq. Not the best customer service & would not recommend to others. Will be emailing owner with photos.

Dear Charlotte, Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed the location, and had some great trips in the stunning countryside around Tourtour. I am sorry to hear however that certain elements at the property did not live up to expectations. We will take all your comments to heart, in particular with respect to making sure all the equipment at the property is fully functional - 'end of season' is certainly no justification for shoddiness. I was also very surprised to hear that there was rubbish on site at arrival - this must have been a very unusual oversight from our cleaning staff as this has never happened before. Will be sure to follow up with them directly and ensure this never happens again, thanks for bringing it to our attention. As some background to the baby cot, we actually thought (having struggled with it ourselves as parents) that a youtube video was the easiest way of explaining the cot to people but fully appreciate if a picture explanation may be easier for others - will look into incorporating this recommendation into our house manual. As you suggest, I would welcome it if you could share some photos of the trouble points with us directly so we can make sure we address the specific problems as effectively as possible. One of the most beautiful settings you will ever experience!

Pictures paint a thousand words, but in this case you will never appreciate the location of this property until you stay. Simply one of the most beautiful settings that my wife and I have ever experienced. Given that this was competing with our visits to Austrailia, The Grand canyon, Canada and the Carribean to name a few should say it all.

It is a stunning view indeed. The property is well maintained, having everything you need.

Great pool, many opportunities to have breakfast or dinner al fresco. Walking distance to a fantastic village of Toutour. Half an hour drive to the lake and verdon canyon....

gemütliches Ferienhaus mit außergewöhnlich schönem Poolbereich, tollem Ausblick & viel Privatsphäre

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen - besser geht es nicht. Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Tourtour, Aups, Villecroce, zum Lac du croix, den Gorges de Verdun (spektakulär), oder um einfach mal einen Tag am Pool zu verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
