This South Padre Island vacation rental, located in the resort district right next door to Beach Park at Isla Blanca, is affordably priced and can be combined with several others in Gulfview I & II to accommodate groups as large as 60!

For a family with children or a group of friends, this casual condominium provides an economical way to enjoy all that South Padre Island condo rentals have to offer. This condo is furnished with a casual beach theme. Gulfview II also features an on-site laundromat, poolside clubhouse, and parking right outside the building.

Imagine being able to walk through the grounds to the beach or to a fun family day at the waterpark. Enjoy the great pool/hot tub and grilling area at Gulfview II or hop on the Island Metro, South Padre Island's free bus transportation, to go anywhere you want on the island!

South Padre Island has a variety of restaurants to choose from so you may decide to dine out every night since you are only minutes away from the entertainment and dining venues that South Padre Island offers. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need (with the exception of a dishwasher) and there are picnic tables and BBQ grills poolside in case you prefer to dine al fresco. If you enjoy the beach, and are looking for casual accommodations without the higher price of the resort sized complexes, this is the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island getaway!

Stay was lovely and as expected.

The condo was clean. Beds were comfortable. However, couch bed was not. It needed to be replaced over a year ago. We had to by an air mattress from Walmart for one of our teenagers. Other than that we had a wonderful time in the condo. Thanks for allowing our family to rent you establishment.

Best time

Great price for the location. Building is older. Couch needs replaced. Communication with management was frustrating because the TV in 1 room & living room didn’t work & after the 2nd time I called in about it- I was then told the person would come on the day we checked out. Which was not useful for our stay. I would still recommend this place!

Was a great property.

Great property. Rooms were clean and cozy. Was perfect for 7 people with plenty of room. Great location and will stay here again for sure!

Property Poorly Kept

The Property itself and the location is ok,But the condition of the condo is ran down. It was poorly cleaned we had to re-wash any dishes to be able to use them,sand all over the floor & food crumbs on the table and bar from the last guest... The A/C never would cool below 75 degrees even at night. We had to purchase fans and half the family slept in the living room just to stay cool.. Lots of mold around the showers and cracks in the ceiling and baseboards.. All of the beds are very wore out . We would roll to the middle all night and the couch it self is on its last leg to.. I WOULD NOT recommend this condo for the price...... They defiantly need to update or go down in price.. All the pics online must have been when it was new, Does not look like that anymore,.. Just beware.

It's a nice place to stay, unfortunately the first night there was a leak on the master bedroom. overall all it was good.

Love the stay

The condo was great it was clean and in a great place. The property was always clean the cleaning people always knew the answers to any question I had. The pool was great my baby girl loved it. It was always clean and freash every day. The security man was great, he keep people out of the area that did not belong that was great. LOVED IT
