Notre condo offre un environnement propre Ă  la maison qui est frais et confortable. Avec une cuisine complĂšte et des lits confortables pouvant accueillir quatre adultes ou une petite famille, vous pouvez vous sentir comme chez vous en rĂ©glant le climat du condo exactement comme vous l'aimez. Que vous le vouliez lĂ©ger et aĂ©rĂ©, ou semblable Ă  une grotte et confortable, vous pouvez facilement soulever ou abaisser les volets extĂ©rieurs de l'intĂ©rieur. Avec la facilitĂ© d'une entrĂ©e sans clĂ© en utilisant votre propre code numĂ©rique personnalisĂ©, vous n'avez aucun souci Ă  perdre des clĂ©s lorsque vous ĂȘtes dehors et Ă  profiter des nombreuses activitĂ©s locales. Le condo est au 3e Ă©tage. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. IdĂ©alement situĂ© sur l'Ăźle, vous pouvez marcher, conduire ou prendre les navettes gratuites autour de l'Ăźle ou de Port Isabel.

L'unitĂ© est Ă©quipĂ©e de: une cuisine complĂšte si vous souhaitez prĂ©parer vos repas prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s (l'Ă©picerie est Ă  quelques minutes), une table Ă  manger pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, un lit queen confortable et deux lits superposĂ©s, une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, une baignoire et une douche, le WiFi , la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble et les tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Roku dans le salon et la chambre pour diffuser vos abonnements de divertissement prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s comme Netflix, Hula, HBO Go, etc. La plage est Ă  seulement cinq minutes Ă  pied de la copropriĂ©tĂ© au rivage. À votre retour, il y a une douche extĂ©rieure ou un tuyau pour rincer vos pieds et l'Ă©quipement de plage.

Comme gĂąterie supplĂ©mentaire pendant le week-end du Memorial Day d'Ă©tĂ© jusqu'au week-end de la fĂȘte du Travail, vous avez une vue de face depuis le balcon du spectacle SPI Fireworks tous les jeudis et vendredis soirs Ă  21h15.

Limite d'occupation: le code local de sĂ©curitĂ©-incendie permet Ă  6 personnes au maximum d'ĂȘtre dans le condo Ă  un moment donnĂ©. De plus, le code de sĂ©curitĂ© incendie interdit l'utilisation de fosses Ă  charbon de bois sur les balcons. Fumer Ă  l'extĂ©rieur seulement. Wonderful quiet getaway

This place was outstanding. A short walk from the beach and the main strip that’s walking to a couple of fun spaces- highly reccomend Blackbeard’s great food for the price.The space was spotless, clean towels, bedsheets and plenty room to cook if needed.

Tropical Beach House

This is what a beach house is all about. 5 minutes walking to the beach, food options all over. 5 minute drive to the southern resorts, 5 minute drive to the action at Claytons. The beach house had everything we needed and we wish we could have stayed longer. Fireworks off the front porch on Friday and Saturday as well! Bonus! Thanks Gary for your hospitality and we hope to stay again sooner than later!

Great place for family

Such a good place to bring the family, we stayed for 5 days and had everything we needed here. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and to all the shops and restaurants. Very clean property, the kids loved the bunk bed setup, definitely would stay here again

Weekend getaway

We had a great time, the place was perfect & in a great location! The host was absolutely amazing, he made sure he was available if we needed anything! Even with the storms, he kept us updated & I'm glad he confirmed everything was good for us to head out there or else we would have missed out. I will definitely book with him again for future travel to SPI.

Great weekend stay!

Best place to stay in South Padre

First off, its hard for me to say this because i want to keep this place all to myself, but the condo was 1 of the best places to stay on the island. Walking distance to the beach and it was full of everything you would need. Shoutout to Gary for being a great host. 5 stars.

Perfect for a week at the beach

Beyond impressed with this location! Gary was just a text message away & even sent a msg a couple days into our vacation to make sure we did not need anything. The rental came stocked with paper products, dry kitchen goods (should we want to use them) beach gear also!! The bathroom had starter packs for soap, plenty of SOFT towels, washcloths, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the blankets were so cozy. Smart tvs had everthing and more. Great couch! Great recliners!!! Everthing you would possibly need in a kitchen also! We were thankful for a washer and dryer. We brought laundry soap and fabric softener, but that was there also---even stain spray. Under a 4 minute walk to the beach to enjoy the sunrise and plenty of beach time!!! Four minute drive to the other side of the island to watch the sunset. Highly recommend this rental!!!

5 Stars! Great Property! Very Clean, and Well Kept

This was our second time staying here, and the condo was another 5 star stay! The property was very clean, and was in a great location near the beach. The AC does a perfect job in keeping the condo cool and dehumidified. The property manager was also great in communication and in providing information. I definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful stay

This was one of the best VRBO homes I’ve stayed in. It was so clean and was the perfect size for me and my partner! The location was minutes from the beach and restaurants/bars in SPI. Bed was super comfy especially after long days parading around town. Gary was wonderful with communication though we never had any issues. Would definitely stay again should we end up back in South Padre.

Our stay was amazing. We had a busy week in town and coming home at night was wonderful. The location is quiet and quaint but still close enough that we could enjoy the night life. Gary is a great communicator. The condo was clean and tidy and the rules were simple and well laid out. Beautiful stay. Will recommend and try to stay again.

I've lived in this area for most of my life but when I lived in Austin, Texas for nearly 10 years, I really missed being by the Gulf. Lakes are nice but the beach always has a calming and relaxing effect on me from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. My family and I moved back to the area simply to be near the beach and for a calmer lifestyle.

Owning a place on the beach was a dream unrealized by my Dad. I share the love of South Padre Island my Dad had and simply wanted to fulfill a dream we both had. Call it sentimental but the real truth is, I want to share the experience of the Island with others and make it comfortable, affordable, and a haven getaway for those that are interested. This property is an investment to do just that...share it with others and to keep me busy as the property and LLC manager.
