Prince Resort - Condo 3 Chambres avec Superbes Vues sur l'Océan.

Great ocean views from the 11th floor. This three bedroom, three bath ocean view luxury rental is located in a high rise that is great for kids. Featuring outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie pools and a lazy river conveniently located on the 9th floor. The 9th floor also has a large fitness center. You can also enjoy a meal at the onsite restaurant across the street in Tower 1. The Prince Resort is conveniently located next to the Cherry Grove fishing pier.

The condo is located in Tower 2 above the parking garage so no need to haul your luggage across the street. Two parking spaces are provided. The garage has a height limit of 7'0" and motorcycles are welcome. A large balcony offers great views of the Atlantic Ocean and Cherry Grove pier. The condo features two large ocean view master suites with King beds and private bathrooms with large soaking tubs. The third bedroom is great for kids with one full size bed and a full size over full size bunk bed. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room with upgraded memory foam mattress.

Renovations were recently completed with new furniture, appliances and ceiling fans in every room. Flat screen TVs are located in every bedroom and the living room has a Roku smart TV . Wireless internet is provided and coverage is excellent.

The condo has a well equipped kitchen for preparing meals and also has the convenience of a washer and dryer.

Great location near all the attractions of Myrtle Beach and Barefoot Landing but far enough away from all the large crowds.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The location was perfect for a relaxing beach getaway, and the condo was comfortable, and welcoming. It was a great place to unwind after spending the day at the beach. We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated everything the condo had to offer. Donny was a fantastic host and communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice beach vacation!

We were all very happy with the room. Being only 2 floors up from the pool area and hot tubs was amazing. There is some ongoing construction to what will be a hotel that affects a small part of your beach view, but the views were still spectacular. We've stayed at an ocean front property for 30 years that recently developed some structural issues that forced us to give it up, and we were skeptical of coming here with not being ocean front, but our fears were fruitless as the walk to the beach was both shorter and much easier than it was at our old place. My family and I were all VERY HAPPY with the accomodations and already have plans to book this again next year. Also, for the parking garage, I drive a full size, factory lifted pickup, and had no issue with the garage. It can get a little tight at times, but if your careful coming around the turns, it was smooth sailing.

Giving this 5 stars only because I can't give it 6. The room was amazing, incredibly spacious with everything that was needed already there. Owner touched base frequently to make sure it all went well. Would for sure do this one again.

The listing was a little misleading. It says Ocean Front but it's actually Oceanview. And it's really not Oceanview anymore. Wydam is putting up a high rise right in front of it, blocking most of the beach from the balcony view.

The unit was adequately clean and furnished. Ongoing construction, with a crane directly in front of the balcony with construction starting every morning at 6:30 am was never mentioned. Parking was adequate but for vehicles larger than a compact car it was a tight squeeze.

The condo was beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked we actually didn't need to bring anything. The bedrooms were big, clean and had very nice sheets on the beds. Donny was an excellent host.

First 'all' family vacation

We've come to this area for family vacations for over a decade now and this was the first one with our son in law and first grandchild . We had plenty of room for all, the beds were comfortable and view was perfect. Would come back again.

Spring break getaway

Enjoyed the condo. Really liked the quiet of the Cherry Grove area. Lots of places to eat and things to do within walking distance. Not too far from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Myrtle Beach. Definitely would book again.
