A bike ride from the beach

A 2 mile bike ride down a scenic road to the beach, close to UNCW, the Mayfair district, less than a mile away from Wrightsville Manor wedding venue and across the street from Arlie Gardens. 1-2 minute drive to the nearest grocery store, shopping and restaurants in Lumina Station. This recently renovated two story townhome is furnished with a beach theme. Sheets, towels, internet and cable are provided along with everything you need to prepare your own meals. A true home away from home. There is a 30% discount for monthly rentals, 10% for weekly rentals.

The space
Sleeps 9 using the queen- sized pullout sofa in living room. Fenced in patio area to hangout or grill. Gas grill ready to BBQ Burgers or fresh Carolina Shrimp. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking and serving dinner at home. Washer & dryer located on the 1st floor and two beach cruiser bikes for your use. Comes with two parking spaces. Front door has electronic deadbolt with a code for easy access.

Bike ride
Beautiful ride down Airlie Rd to C. Heide Trask Bridge. Nice Restaurants and bars to stop on Airlie. Once you pass Bridge Tender on the right off Airlie Rd., jump on the under pass which brings you to the bridge. About 2.6 miles and 18 min ride. Enjoy!

The host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was one of the most well equipped kitchens we’ve experienced. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding at the Wrightsville Manor. This location was perfect for the venue and the beach.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! The location couldn't have been. Just a short drive to the beach. The house was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.

The Emerson's place is beautiful, well-appointed, incredibly well-stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen as well as two bikes! It's extremely clean and comfortable. It was centrally located to all our family reunion events from the beach, pickleball courts, restaurants, friends' houses, etc. The place has a "flamingo" theme and we made a challenge out of counting all of them and found 268 which includes all the ones on towels and cups! "Let's flamingle!" became our mantra for the week! Highly recommend this spot!

Great location! Pantry extras!

Condo was at a great location! Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of kitchenware and plastic ware that was very useful to pack snacks for the beach! Loved the beach/flamingo decor throughout. Pantry had lots of extras (in case you forgot something) and there were extra towels, linens and pillows. Having a grill was a plus for our trip! Check in instructions were super easy and host was rapidly available answering questions. Great place for a family vacation stay!

Wedding Vacation

My daughter had her wedding April 26, 2025. I found this rental on Vrbo and I am so happy with the property. It was exactly as described. The host was quick to text and everything went smoothly. I was worried about cost before finding this rental, but this place checked all the boxes but a beach view, but I knew that when I booked it because the description was so accurate. Clean and spacious and comfortable. I’m so happy with my stay. Before leaving I went thru the house room by room just to show my gratitude to make sure I left it clean. Great stay and great property!

Even Better Than Expected

Although the reviews and ratings for this property were immaculate, I couldn't have expected how perfectly it would accommodate our group. We traveled with three small family units, each with at least one small child, and found the place to have everything we could have wanted and needed, and more. Each bedroom having an adjoining bathroom is a huge plus. Everything was clean, and we found this property to be more reasonably priced than others like it in the area. Every member of our party--kids included--loved it. Highest recommendation.

Southern wedding

The townhouse was perfect for our stay and close to the venue making it perfect for our group. Each bedroom had an en suite so everyone had a private bath. The kitchen was large and well equipped. We all loved the Flamingo theme from the minute we walked up to the front door. Close to the beach, close to the wedding Venue at Wrightsville Beach Manor. Easy to get to historic downtown Wilmington and close to restaurants and shopping. It was perfect.

Home away from home

We had a terrific stay. The place was bigger in person than I expected. We had so much room. It was comfortable and clean and everything we needed for a wedding weekend and more. The proximity to the beach was great, I had to drive back and fourth several times because of the wedding planning, it was a very easy and fast drive. We would stay here again if we ever came back to the area.
