Welcome to Midtown Cottage! Conveniently located between downtown and Wrightsville Beach.

This 3 bedroom house includes a king, queen and trundle bed. There are two bathrooms with tubs and a laundry room.

- Check yourself in with our Yale smart lock and keypad (code will be given prior to self check-in).
- Guests can expect to climb a few stairs to get to the front door.
- Free parking is readily available.

Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.

- The booking guest must be over the age of 25. Verification may be required.
- No smoking is allowed in the home or on the property. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay.

We were visiting family in the area which led us to reserve this cottage. It was clean, well stocked, and the owner was very nice/professional. The cottage was in a great location and we visited Kure Beach, the Fort Fischer Acquarium, Long Leaf Park, Airlie Gardens, and Independence Mall. I highly recommend this cottage!

Christmas in Wilmington

This was a great house for multiple family members. Our brother lives a mile away so it was very easy to get together. The deck is really nice and I was looking forward to hanging out on it but unfortunately it was the Christmas of the Artic Blast, so next time. Beds were very comfortable with great, crisp, clean smelling sheets. Tons of extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels etc available. Lots of nice extras! Don't hesitate to rent this place. Emma, the host, was great with answering any questions.

We loved the home great location home was so neat and clean!! Loved the jet tub.

We came into town a day early was able to get the home early. So easy to communicate with home owner Anderson quickly. Planning another trip in June would love to stay at the home again. Would recommend the home!!!

Nonna's Grand Band

We will always talk about this property with extreme fondness and delight. Emma, our host, was responsive, thorough, courteous, and clear in all her communications about every aspect of our stay. Emma could be on any Vrbo platform titled "extremely gracious host/owner". The property was excellent! It was very clean, well-organized, and the location was perfect for Nonna's Grand Band. We felt safe and secure in house and in the quiet residential neighborhood. The amenities were of high quality and reflected a genuine thoughtfulness for the traveler. The outside space was as lovely as the inside space. This review is titled "Nonna’s Grand Band" because it was a trip focused on my four grandchildren, ages 1 to 9. My daughter (Mom to two of the Grands) and I are Vrbo "first timers". Emma set a very high bar for Owners and that we will be repeat Travelers. Nonna
