Monterey Condos B301 - Community Pool - Gulf Front

Located along Scenic 30A, between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, Monterey B301 places you in the middle of Florida’s finest beach communities, restaurants and recreational activities. The smell of salt air, sugar white sand and the mesmerizing emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, offer the well-deserved haven you are searching for.

This lovely 3rd floor unit offers 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, plus an enclosed bunk room. The master bedroom suite boasts a spacious king bed and the en-suite bathroom offers a jetted tub and separate shower with double sinks. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with shower/tub combo bathroom attached. The other guest room includes a 2 full beds and has its own private bathroom, as well. The bunk beds are in a small room just off the hallway. For your convenience, there is a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

The kitchen offers everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal while enjoying spectacular views of the Gulf through the wall of windows. Feel the warm tropical breezes, as you enjoy a quiet moment on the water front balcony.

Monterey Condominiums, located in Seacrest Beach, near famous Rosemary Beach, allows for swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues spread out along the Gulf coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the Scenic 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the getaway from **** stay in unit301B of Monterey Condos. The unit overall should not be rented due to inferior furniture and need of a paint job. The king beds squeak on every move. The furniture is very cheap and not comfortable. Some workers showed up at 9 am Monday banging the outside wall to put up scaffolding for 3 hours. We called Benchmark customer service beginning at 8 am with four additional calls until 2pm. Each Rep told me they would call back in 5 minutes no return phone calls after talking to five reps. They never made any effort to put us in comparable accommodations. So we sent emails to management on Monday and checked out to return to Atlanta. We should be refunded two nights we didn’t stay. Also there no wine glasses and dirty pillow on the LR floor.

Property was everything we hoped for! Only issues we had were with getting the gate code, but after calling the company they were able to help us get in. Would highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Monterey but this unit is not it. The location is great and this is our 5th time to vacation at the Monterey. It was clean and on the surface looks great but this unit is furnished cheaply. The living room furniture is not the same as pictured. The sofa and chairs are very uncomfortable. No where to relax with the family in the evening. The mattresses are also very uncomfortable on all the beds. The refrigerator doesn’t fit in the space and only partially opens. It’s really quite annoying. The toilets don’t flush properly. The sink in the primary bath doesn’t drain and the hot water runs out after one person showers. With a few upgrades this unit would be nice but as it is we will definitely book a different one.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay! Only complaint is that the door to the balcony was terrible- would not open easily and by the end of the stay we couldn’t turn knob at all. Staff is very communicative when we had an issue with the door code- great customer service. Loved the private beach!
