Thank you so much for your feedback! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your vacation! We apologize for the changes with the credit for chairs. We will pass the message along regarding the pans! The balcony is definitely a key part to this condo! We hope to have you back real soon!

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the location right on the beach and loved the decor. We appreciate your comments about the amenities as well. While we don’t provide beach towels, we do offer a bath towel for each guest. Regarding beach chairs, the condo includes complimentary beach chair service through a third-party vendor, with your names reserved ahead of your arrival. However, we do not supply coolers or sand toys, but we will pass your suggestion along to our team for consideration. As for blankets, they are typically stored in the closet. Although not all units have luggage racks, there is ample space for luggage storage. Concerning toiletries, the items we provide are part of our complimentary starter kit and are not intended to last the entire stay. We apologize for the issue with the toaster, but we're glad we could promptly bring you a new one. Please note that we discontinued providing seasonings and spices as a health and safety measure during the pandemic. However, the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and glassware. Thank you again for your insights. We’ll be making the necessary checks and adjustments to enhance the beach vacation experience for all our guests moving forward. Regards, Benchmark Management

Thank you for your kind and detailed review! We're so glad to hear you found the condo clean, spacious, and well-equipped—and that the location and included beach service made your stay even better. We truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the floors, shower size, and living room furniture. We've passed these notes along to our team and will be scheduling a deep clean of the sofas and rug. We’re also evaluating possible updates to the primary shower to better accommodate all guests. We’d love the opportunity to host you again and hope to make your next stay even more enjoyable!

We would like to thank you for taking the time to advise us of your recent stay at the Monterey Condos B402. It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and indeed, where necessary, improve upon the services that we provide to our valued Guests. We take full responsibility for not meeting your expectations and have already taken immediate action to address the issues you brought to our attention. We hope that this hasn't discouraged you from staying with us again in our lovely Seacrest Beach Home. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Thank you so much for your feedback! We hate to hear that you did not thoroughly enjoy your vacation with us! We do apologize for the inconveniences during your stay. We did our best to make things right for you during your stay. We provided laundry service twice as we understand it is frustrating, but this a new service so it is very convenient especially on vacation! All the codes you would need are in your Welcome Packet that you receive before check-in! We do apologize about the pool, but as we stated in a text message to you, the HOA handles the pool, so we were at their mercy when getting things taken care of regarding it. We apologize for the confusion on the beach chairs, and we will pass your concerns along to the proper parties, so this does not happen again in the future! We are happy to know that you did enjoy the condo itself and enjoy all the beautiful views from the beach. We do hope that you give us another chance to show you the 5-star vacation you deserve, as we pride in customer service and providing all of our guest with the best vacation possible! We hope to see you again soon! Kind regards, Benchmark Management

Unfortunately, our records do not show that you reached out with any complaints during your stay. Had these concerns been brought to our attention, we would have loved the opportunity to resolve them while on your stay to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. James, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We are so very happy to hear that you and your family had such a nice time here in 30A. The beaches in 30A are quite stunning year-round, but we agree the fall is quite hard to beat. We are thrilled that this unit and the location of this unit worked out well for you. We enjoyed hosting you and your family and we look forward to hosting you again soon. Thank you, Guest Relations

Kara, We are very saddened to hear of our disappointment with your recent stay. It is never our intention for our guest to be upset with the service they receive while on their trip. Regarding the elevator, our company only manages the actual unit and not the complex. Being the elevator is not in the unit, we were not able to resolve the issue as that is an HOA issue. We were not given a time frame on when the issue would be resolved but apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you while on your stay. Our records do not show any complaints about the cleanliness of the unit. Had these concerns been brought to our attention, we would have loved the opportunity to resolve them while on your stay to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. We hope you can consider a future stay with us at Benchmark Management, we would love the chance to provide you with the 5-star stay we strive for. Sincerely, Benchmark Management.
