Lakeside Condo w/ Mountain & Lake Views from Balcony, Steps to Shops/Dining!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom top floor condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village, so you’re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. It is also a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. It offers beautiful mountain and lake views from the private balcony. Guests of Lakeshore have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.

The living area is a great place to relax after an active day, and it features a flat screen TV, gas fireplace and a picture frame window offering beautiful mountain and lake views. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed and additional sheets and blankets are provided The private balcony is just off the living area and overlooks Keystone Lake with mountain views beyond.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four people.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a single sink vanity, and a door separates the shower/tub combination from the toilet area for added privacy. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older.

I was able to run home between workshops to grab a notebook I'd forgotten or to get some work done during breaks. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance around the lake that had limited hours, but that was a great perk. Everything worked great and they had plenty of extra pillows, some box fans, humidifiers and blankets which was very thoughtful.

Well stocked condo. Great view out the front of the little lake below and the mountains. We even saw a moose swim across the lake. Easy access to the lake Dillon bike trail system. We rode all over the area.

Roomy and Comfortable with a great view!

Our stay was extremely short, but great!! The place was just as described. Other reviews helped me prepare for the fact that many mountain condos don’t have AC. We made sure to open a couple of windows and run the provided box fans while we unpacked and settled it. It cooled off nicely. We didn’t have time to use any amenities this trip, but would definitely stay in this unit 1545 again!

After a long day at the conference, I could relax with the windows open and feel the cool breeze of 60 degrees in the mountains. Internet was fast and connected quickly. I had access to multiple streaming apps which was unexpected and totally awesome! The condo was clean and I had everything I needed for the stay. The management team texted me every couple of days to check in with me. I really appreciated this!

Summer Vacay to Keystone

Property was in need of some TLC, nothing major but refresh of furniture and paint, window trims etc. Deck is so small it’s not really even usable. Location was good and easy to access.

Lakeshore

Great location overlooking the lake and the mountains condo was very clean and cute with great access to trails! rode our bikes around Lake Dillon. Large Elevator, which is nice for bikes. There is no air conditioning so it can get a little toasty in the summer. check-in is not until 430 if you want to check in earlier, it’s 15 an hour.

Great view

Had a good time and as others have noted the view was beautiful but the condo really needs some updating. Two issues we had were that even though there was an elevator our condo had an additional 6steps to the front door. Also even though it may seem trivial to some but the toilet was extremely low. Having bad knees both of these issues were a bit of a problem. All in all we had a good but not great time.

Great location.

It is not the fault of the management company, but future customers should know this unit gets extremely hot if the outdoor temps are over 50. There is no A/C, which is listed, but be aware that you may be opening windows and running box fans even in the winter/early spring if temps are mild. I have stayed at several properties managed by this same company, and out of all of them, this one is in the most need of a little TLC maintenance. I'm not the kind of renter to let little blemishes, or broken blinds, have much of an impact the unit is showing a bit more wear than others.

Easy check-in, comfy, cozy place. So perfect for a ski getaway! Balcony overlooking the lake went well with morning coffee. Absolutely loved!
