Master Bedroom

The master bedroom features two queen beds with fresh linens, nightstands, lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, alarm clock, and a fully stocked closet with hangers, luggage rack, laundry basket, and a clothes steamer. A sliding glass door with plantation shutters opens to your private covered patio, the perfect spot to read, relax, or enjoy an evening drink while listening to the waves.

Second Bedroom

Comfortable queen bed with linens, nightstands, lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, and a smart TV. Sliding doors open directly to the ocean view so you can watch the sunrise without leaving bed. Closet includes hangers, luggage rack, and extra pillows.

Updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower, modern vanity, and the essentials: bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bathmat, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, and makeup wipes.
Note: Guests should bring their own beach towels.

Kitchen

Fully equipped modern kitchen with everything needed for meal prep, including stainless-steel pots and pans, cooking oil, Keurig and drip coffee maker (filters included), dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, towels, and paper towels. Dining area includes a table with four stools.

Living Room

Relax in a bright coastal living space with a large sofa, recliner, accent chair, coffee table, end table, lamps, ceiling fan, and a large flat-screen TV with cable. Sliding doors lead directly to the oceanfront deck for unbeatable views and breezes.

Garage & Laundry

Access the garage via the spiral staircase. The washer and dryer are available for your use, along with cleaning supplies, iron, and ironing board.

Outdoor Space

Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from your private covered patio furnished with lounge seating and a full outdoor dining table. A large deck and grassy area offer room to relax or sunbathe.

A Weber charcoal grill is available, and charcoal is provided.
Beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys are stocked so you can head straight to the water. A freshwater shower on the beach deck makes rinsing off easy before coming back in.

Beautiful & relaxing

This spot is the best! House is nice & clean, but the outside view with the ocean right there. Nothing compares to that! Bryan is great to work with. This is also just far enough out of town that it’s very quiet. But 3 miles down the road are places to eat & shop. This was our 2nd visit. Hoping to go again soon.

Fantastic Vacation!

We enjoyed everything about our trip! The house has everything you need. We came with another family and they rented the top while we were in the bottom and it was so convenient. All the beach toys you can imagine and boogie boards. They really have thought of everything. Check-in was a breeze as the property manager sends you what you need and has great communication. We’ll definitely be returning!

Great vacation home

Awesome location, private beach with no one else around you but your family. Literally the beach front. The concrete retaining wall was actually very nice and safe for our kids so they don't wander around near the water too closely. Sand is beautiful cinnamon color and all natural unlike some of the other FL beach with dumped white sand. Owner was nice enough to provide pretty much everything you need. Just bring food and your clothes. Very good communication with the management as well. 10min from major retail stores. 10min from waterfront park. We spend hours there catching crabs. The front porch and the view is just out of this world. We will be coming back for sure!!!

Exceptional Beach Home

Truly perfect!

The house was absolutely amazing. Every piece of the house was perfect, and we spent many hours on the back deck enjoying the view. The house was so charming, and the owner/agency was so easy to deal with. There was nothing we didn’t love about our stay, and I can’t wait to get back!!

Great place to hang out and relax!

Great unit, nice and clean, right on the water. We spent half our stay just sitting out back and hanging out near the ocean. Not far from restaurants and shops, but not so close you get the extra traffic and noise, just right. Definitely would stay here again!

Enjoyed the view of the ocean from the Covered patio. Steps away from the beach. Clean and cozy for 6 people. Our favorite was the patio. We spent most of the day there. Of course the kids loved the beach. The neighbors dogs were a plus. Very friendly

Home Away From Home

We had an amazing trip. The house is so nice exactly as presented in picutres. The beach is literally right there, easy access, and area to clean sand off before coming inside. The actual beach during our stay was relatively open, meaning there were not a lot of people to either side of us. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone who will listen!❤️

Paradise on the beach!

The BEST place to stay for a relaxing, beachfront vacation. Everything you need is right there. House is so well equipped and clean. Steps from the sand and the deck/porch is amazing for views of the ocean, sunrises and dolphin shows. The perfect getaway. Special memories are made here!

Peaceful Beach Retreat

We have spent our 3rd year at the beach house. It has a private beach a few steps out the back door, plenty of room for family and friends that visited us while we were there. Home has everything you need for a peaceful and secluded beach trip. Counting down the days to our next vacation next year.

Wonderful!

Beautiful, quiet location with the ocean as your front yard but close enough to Daytona, shopping, and activities to keep you happy if you like a little more action. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as simple as it should be with a rental - good communication and everything you need to enjoy the week is there. Plenty of paper towels, trash bags, TP, even charcoal to use the grill. Thanks so much!

A real gem

I had a very enjoyable few days here. The location is perfection! If you’re looking for a quiet beach and a beautiful oceanfront house, this is the place for you. The only people I saw were the neighbours. Zero foot traffic on the beach. I can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Location

The house is exactly as it is pictured. Beautiful, clean, and right on the beach! It is only a 5 minute drive to the downtown Flagler area where there are wonderful shops and restaurants. It was the perfect get a way for us! Relaxing and calm. We will be staying here again!

Perfect end of summer getaway!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The porch, yard and view made for a perfect end of summer getaway. The area was so peaceful and quiet it was just what we were needing. Good communication with the friendly owners and host. We hope to stay here again when we have more time to enjoy this wonderful beach house and all of its little touches. Highly recommend.
