Quiet beach, surfing, bike riding, nature & a home that has a one level open floor plan for easy accessisibily, is clean, comfortable with tons of amenities. Plenty of space to relax and unwind but close to lots of local activities. Retirees, families and yes, "fido" (house and beach are dog friendly), will love this home and private yard. Relax & enjoy this uncrowded slice of beachy heaven with parks on three sides of this neighborhood and the ocean on the fourth. We own, use and operate our beach rental house and provide personal touches to make it perfect for you! 3 Bedrooms & a flex murphy room with 6 actual beds (2 kings, 2 queens, 2 twin bunks) so everyone has a great night's rest and plenty of space indoors and outdoors for everyone to be comfortable - just like home.

Our beach home was designed with comfort and ease in mind and is all about enjoying the outdoors while having a space for comfortable gathering with family and friends. Three steps up and you're inside the house and just one step down to the lanai and backyard. No need to lug suitcases and groceries up flights of steps. There is also plenty of space for all of your extra "toys" in the garage. Once inside the house, it is all one level. This is your home away from home and you will have plenty of comfortable space for yourself and all your belongings.

The bright and airy floor plan has a split bedroom plan, which allows guests to have their own privacy and 1.5 baths, while the primary suite has its large walk-in closet and luxury bathroom with a enormous, walk-in, pebble floor shower. Primary suite also has a desk with great household Wi-Fi, for those who need to get a little work done. All 3 regular bedrooms have smart TVs or better yet, join together in the family room snuggled on the comfy sectional sofa for movie watching on the 65" surround sound smart TV. Want some private time, head to the private den/murphy front room (just close those double doors) or outdoors to the front porch/patio or screened lanai. Plenty of open yard space too for running around or just strolling and enjoying. Backyard is 3/4 fence.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils needed for that next gourmet meal plus a propane grill right outside. We also have a great little bar area for those who prefer a glass of wine or drinks (& a garage mini-frig). The spacious kitchen has a huge granite island and counter height bar stools right next to the adjoining dining room which has an wonderful gathering table for 8 (and more). Next to the dining area is your comfy sectional couch, side chair(s) and 65" surround sound Samsung smart TV. Or maybe you just head straight outside onto the screened lanai to relax in the hammock - don't forget to check out the stars at night - you won't believe the beauty & the sound of the ocean is so relaxing!

Ready for some fun or the beach? Head into the garage where you have everything. Your choice of an adult beach cruiser (there are at least 4 bikes, usually more & sorry bikes are for adults only) or go with your buddy on the tandem beach cruiser, where you can ride on over 100 miles of paved trails. Mountain bikers, bring your bike or rent one and head to the Malacompra tails for 3 levels of expertly designed trails (cruisers can stay on the easy trail). If you have children please bring a bike for them or rent one. How about a game of ping pong or darts? We also have yard games! Ready for the beach, we've got everything you need! Grab a beach towel, cooler, one of the many beach chairs, umbrella & beach cart and head down our quiet street right to the beach for some sunning, walking, swimming or surfing. Don't forget when you come back to rinse off in the warm outdoor shower.

The Hammock area abounds with nature and outdoor activities. Just north and adjoining our neighborhood is Washington Oaks State Park and Gardens. The park covers an area all the way from the ocean to the Intercoastal. Walk north on the beach and you will find the second largest coquina rock formation in the US. Head to the intercoastal side of the park for fishing, picnics, hiking and biking. The formal gardens & large live oaks are not to be missed as well as the spectacular sunsets!
Less than mile south on A1A is Bings Landing where you find fishing piers, a boat & kayak launch, kayak and paddleboard rentals plus an awesome restaurant. Head across the street for the Malacompra bike trails.
Don't forget about all the other activities close by: golfing, horseback riding, tennis, pickle ball (6 new courts), volleyball, bocce ball, horseshoes, paddle boarding, kayaking, jet skis, camping, over 15 parks, rocket launch viewing (right from our front porch or the beach) & star gazing, birding, nature watching, exploring forts, surfing, snorkeling . Desiring a change of venue? North 8 minutes to Marineland Dolphin Adventure or North 25 minutes to St. Augustine for shops, tours, Forts, restaurants and night life. This is not to be missed! South 15 minutes to Flagler beach for shops and lots of oceanfront dining, or 20 more minutes to Daytona. Disney is an easy ride just over one hour. You can also venture to Epcot or some outlet mall shopping. Remember to checkout some of the close natural springs and manatee viewing too.

Our home has 4 insurance required security/safety cameras which may not be disabled during stay. They are located outside near front door, rear lanai, driveway and interior garage door. All cameras point towards the exterior doors, driveway and garage door. They are motion activated and load to the cloud. Cameras may not be disabled during your stay.

NEW - Bay Park at the south end of the neighborhood provides handicap beach access, a viewing and picnic platform area, restrooms and showers.
