Cozy and well equipped condo. My son and I stayed a week while he attended Adam's Camp at Snow Mountain Ranch. It was a beautiful location with everything we needed from comfortable bedding, stylish furnishings, all necessary kitchen items and beautiful, quiet views! We did not realize there were 23 outdoor steps from the parking lot to the front door. It was fine in summer, but definitely might be a bit trickier in the winter. We will definitely look to return. Great stay and excellent price for value!

Great place!

This place was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Bottled water and other libations was a nice touch. Location and views were amazing. Highly recommend this place. Close to all amenities. We came to golf and fish. Check out Pole Creek. They have 3-9 hole courses that ate gorgeous in nearby Tabernash.

COZY PLACE

Everything was Great! Jason was easy to message. Fireplace was broken but Jason did tell us about it before we got there. Heater went out and he set his friend to come by, He was very friendly and got us up and running. Location to lift was so awesome and easy. The address is tricky to find. Did not like the stairs down to get to townhouse. It was a beautiful place, however, it lacked in lighting, especially in the bedroom. Kitchen was Very well stocked with everything you needed. We had a Super Great Time, even though my ski boot bag got lost by Airline. I would highly recommend booking again. Thanks Jason !!

Great peaceful location

The views are amazing! Outdoor table and chairs to enjoy breakfast and a cup of coffee. There is also a bench to sit on and relax, I sent an afternoon crocheting in it and got a little sun burn :) We had our kids over for home cooked meals, played games, and enjoyed watching movies together. The kitchen fully loaded with anything you need. Great, relaxing place and beautifully decorated. Best stay!

Best Experiences

The apartment had everything you can think of in excellent conditions. It’s comfy and functional. We are skiers and it was a dream to get up with the lift from basically right in front of the door at 8:30 am and cruise around the Granny ski area. Till the lift close around 4 pm. With the “home again” trail we could right ski to the front door of the apartment. That was our best ski vacation so far - no stress to park the car and carry the equipment around - highly recommended. Thanks to the owner for sharing his hideaway gem :)

Quiet stay

Comfortable and well equipped condo with a nice view. Seemed like we were the only people around. A new mattress would improve comfort sleeping. We’ll be back to enjoy the Granby area.

Fabulous

What a lovely place. Wr couldnt have asked for anything better. It had everything we needed include cold La Croix when we arrived. Just perfect for our 10 day stay! So close to Rocky Mountain National Park (most days we got there before you needed a reservation) and Grand Lake. We would definitely stay again!!!

Great spot for a long weekend

This property offers modern conveniences and a great location. The kitchen was well stocked including coffee and some complimentary cold beverages in the fridge upon arrival. It was comfortable and cozy, would stay again if in the area.

Granby Ranch stay over July 4th

It was very clean except for under the dresser in the bedroom. Adequate supplies. Great washer and dryer. Sink faucet needs a filter. Spots on floor of bathtub. A window by the dining table doesn’t lock. The toilet needs a new flapper inside the tank. There was no pool pass in with the key. We didn’t know where there was a pool except for way down at another resort in the community. We weren’t going to use a po anyway. Photos on website a little bit inaccurate.

Fantastic peaceful getaway

I loved how quiet and peaceful it all was. the condo was very clean and had all the conveniences I needed. Fireplace added a nice touch. the communication with the owner was perfect and personable. I knew I could contact him for any problems I may have had. He was very responsive.

July 4th vacation at granby ranch

Very clean comfortable property with awesome views. We could see the fireworks on the 4th from our unit. F16s did a flyover on the way to the Granbyparade. Beautiful views from every window. Deer , foxes, moose sightings. Excellent getaway.
