This amazing 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo is located at the heart of north myrtle beach and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Inside the unit you will find a kitchen fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the cookware you could possibly need for the duration of your stay along with the convenience of an in-unit washer and drier. Some amenities the Verandas offers is an outdoor pool, lazy river and hot tub.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Needs some minor interior repairs but was a great place to rest your head for an affordable price. Great location... walking distance to everything.

We didn’t have AC for the first 3 days of our stay. The only way we could get people to communicate with us was through text message. We would ask for updates on the repairs and were told they would get back to us, but no one would ever respond after things were done. When we called on the third day after 4 or 5 maintenance people tried to fix the problem, the gentleman on the phone said it was the first he had heard of the incident and he would do what he could. His attitude was dismissive and uninterested in our problem. We think the verandas is a great place to stay, but we were certainly let down by the rental management company.

Stayed at this place for 6 days. Apt was in a good location with great access to the beach and pool. Pretty good apt with a functioning kitchen, three big beds, and good appliances. My rating is due to factors below:Minor inconveniences:1. Apt is right across the elevator. It can get noisy, especially for the bedroom that is located in the front.2. The unit was not fully cleaned when we arrived. Dining chairs were full of stuff and the inside of the dressers were dirty.3. Both bathroom vents are loud (see picture).4. Netflix had no sound at the living room TV. Maintenance came but they couldn’t fix it. Big issues:1. Toilet bowl not filling up in both bathrooms. The fill valve in the master bathroom and second bathroom’s toilet flapper needs replacing. I was able to address those during our stay but fix is needed.2. There is a passcode to get in the pool. When I asked mgmt, they first told me no passcode is needed. Then, they gave me the wrong passcode. Then, after a day and me following up, they shared the right passcode. We had to sneak behind people to get in and out of the pool. 3. No extra TP. You just get the roll in the holder, no extra provided. Usually, you get at least one extra - all hotels and other VRBOs provide it. 4. Towel rack and hair dryer not installed properly on the wall and kept falling off. We managed to put it back but it needs to be anchored to wall. Would not recommend the place unless mgmt fixes the above

This was our third year vacationing in the area, but our first time staying at this property. We wanted something different and within walking distance to Main Street—this location was perfect for that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, and most things were in working order.There were a few minor maintenance issues we noticed. Both vacuums didn’t work well on the tile floors, which cover the entire unit. While a broom was provided, there was no dustpan, so we purchased one and left it behind for future guests. The hand towel rack in the hallway bathroom was loose and fell off when used. Shower doors in both bathrooms were difficult to move or came off the track, and the water pressure—especially in the master bathroom—was quite low. In the hallway bathroom, better pressure was offset by water continuing to run from the tub spout while the shower was on.One safety concern: a bar stool we used frequently was not properly secured. When we moved it to sweep, the leg fell off completely—it hadn’t been attached with screws or glue. Thankfully, no one was hurt.Would I stay here again? I would definitely keep it as an option. Location, amenities and cleanliness of the entire facility was great.
