There's a Smart TV, a sofa that converts to a double bed for extra guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table that works just as well as a workspace. Fast WiFi throughout makes it easy to stay productive or just stay longer.



There's a king bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV ready for your streaming accounts, and room-darkening shades when you need a slow morning. The en suite has a rainfall shower, a soaking tub, quality towels, and the basics already stocked.



An in-unit washer/dryer in the laundry closet is ideal for longer stays.



Building Amenities

A mandatory resort fee of $35/day covers a full set of resort amenities: rooftop pool, gym, yoga studio, and spa with a sauna. This fee is collected at check-in — worth knowing before you arrive, so there are no surprises. *Spa services (sauna, massages, facials) are available at an additional cost.

Additionally, you’ll be close to the Port of Miami and convenient public transportation options (Metromover/Metrorail).



Getting Around:

The condo is located approximately 7.5 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA). Valet parking is available onsite for a fee.

- A mandatory resort fee of $35/night is collected at check-in by the front desk. This covers access to the pools, fitness center, yoga studio, pool bar, lounges, and more.



Construction Notice

- Downtown Miami is growing fast — occasional construction noise in the area is possible during your stay.

- Late check-in after 11:00pm: $50 fee

- Arriving 30+ minutes past your agreed time: $35 fee

A Note on the Building

- An independent management company operates within the Gale hotel building. Any building-level issues are outside our control, but we're always here to help navigate them.

- Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.

Parking

- Valet parking is available on-site for $56/day (subject to change).

Food Delivery

- Delivery drivers are not permitted past the front desk. Guests must meet their orders at the building entrance or designated area near the lobby.

Packages

- The building can hold packages for $5/day. This is managed by the building independently, we recommend avoiding deliveries when possible, but the option is there if you need it.

Noise & Guests

- No parties or excessive noise after 10pm. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted. Visiting guests must be met and accompanied by the main guest, the front desk will not grant access otherwise.

Smoking & Substances

- No smoking of any kind inside the condo. Drug use and illegal activity are strictly prohibited. Violations result in a $300 fine plus a $100 cleaning fee.

Cleanliness & Damages

- Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning needs during their stay. An additional $100 cleaning fee applies if the unit is left in poor condition. Cleaning service during your stay is available at an extra cost, just ask in advance.

Essentials

- We stock the basics on arrival: trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. These are not replenished, you're welcome to pick up extras at any nearby store.

Security

- Outdoor security cameras are in place for the safety of all guests.
