Oleander Villa is a charming beach house featuring three spacious bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It is perfect for families or groups looking for a seaside getaway.
Step into our inviting beach house living room, featuring a massive wraparound couch that comfortably seats six, complete with recliners for ultimate relaxation. Gather for lively game nights or deep conversations while enjoying snacks and drinks from the nearby kitchen. The mounted flat-screen TV adds to the fun, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.
The open dining space is flooded with natural light from the enormous windows and glass door that opens to the sunny patio and sparkling pool. A large dining table beckons with six colorful seats, perfect for family picnics and lively family hangouts. Fun beach-themed art adorns the walls, featuring whimsical sun hats and flip-flops, infusing the room with a touch of coastal playfulness we're so fond of.
Our kitchen boasts full-size stainless-steel appliances, creating a modern and inviting atmosphere. Ample counter space allows for easy meal preparation. At the same time, the wraparound kitchen bar, complete with four stools, invites friends and family to gather and partake in the culinary experience. With essential cooking equipment and dishes readily available, it's incredibly convenient to whip up delicious meals even on vacation, turning every breakfast, lunch, and dinner into a special occasion.
The serene primary bedroom, with a king-size bed adorned with a beautiful iron bedframe and luxury pillows, is open, simple, and calming. The rustic wood panel flooring, warm glow from the clear glass bedside lamps, and classic coastal art create a natural ambiance that perfectly complements the bright South Padre Island light that streams through the windows and doors that reveal the private balcony. The room also boasts a couch, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The nautical guest bedroom features an ultra-cozy bed, soft, warm colors, and ship decor that personalizes the space. The small TV on the dresser is an entertaining addition to your night-time routine.
The second guest bedroom features a unique arrangement with a queen-size bed and two twin-size beds, making it perfect for families or groups. With its lighthouse decor and private balcony with a pool view, this room captures the spirit of an ideal coastal vacation. A dresser offers generous storage, while a small TV provides quiet entertainment.
Our private backyard is designed to enhance an unforgettable South Padre Island beachcation. The sparkling pool, which can be heated in cooler months, glistens under the bright blue skies and reflects the towering palm trees. Surrounding the pool, comfortable lounge chairs beckon for sunbathing and leisurely afternoons. A BBQ pit stands ready to grill up delicious meals, while a picturesque picnic table with an umbrella provides the perfect spot for enjoying food and conversation in the shade. The backyard has endless summer vibes any time of year.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
- The pool heating fee is $100 for the first three days, and $25 for each additional day. 24 hour advance notice is required.
