Step inside this carefree beach getaway, a charming retreat just over œ a block from the Beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping on South Padre Island. This family-friendly townhouse offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and location.
The open-concept ground floor features a Fully Equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a cozy living room. Large doors lead directly from the dining area to the Private Pool & Hot tub, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. A half bathroom is also located on this level.
Upstairs are 3BR, The master bedroom includes a king bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom offers two full size beds comfortably sleeping up to 8 Guests. Two full bathrooms are located upstairs.

The pool was not clean & the filters for the pool were not working so we couldn’t enjoy ourselves & the electricity on some bulbs were out and a electric person had to come and try fix it Overall this place was a terrible experience for me and my family

We wanted to take a small trip near the beach with a homebase to relax and enjoy. The location was perfect and had all the amenities we were looking for! All communication was quickly responded to and solutions were swift. Perfect size pool for a small family. The items supplied for the house is abundant from dishes to beach gear there is not much to want for while staying here.

Stay was great

Our stay was outstanding. Nice pool, hot tub heats quickly, good beds... All around great. Only request is to get a good couch in the living room. It's not connected and slides apart, and isn't comfortable. We wanted to hang out more there, but so much room taken by DR table we never used..We would 100% stay again. Very responsive property managers.5 stars, even w the couch

Home Away From Home

This is the cutest little house! It had everything we needed for our stay. Days spent at the beach and evenings cooking out by the pool made for a great 40th birthday celebration! Will book again!

Great place close to the water

We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool. We liked having access to the beach supplies in garage. There are 2 wagons, 2 beach umbrellas and tons of sand toys for the kids. There are 3 beach access points really close by to pick from. Side note: Be sure to close the fridge. It looks closed at times but it's cracked and the temperature gets too warm. It doesn't beep if door isn't closed. Watch your kids to make sure they shut it all the way! Lol. Be sure

Private & Comfortable

The property was private and comfortable just enough space for the six of us. We had 2 teens but they are big boys I think it would be a bit crowded if we had 8 adults. Property was clean, had everything we needed in kitchen, bathrooms and for the beach. They were generous with supplies as well. Improvements I would suggest is a more comfy couch and a better ceiling fan downstairs, it got hot when cooking and AC takes a while to cool downstairs. AC worked great upstairs which was enhanced a nice sleep. Location is close to beach nice short walk and no neighbors to the right was good as well. Overall, great place!

Nice island stay

Only issue we had was the ac. It didn’t cool the house down during the day since it was so hot outside. Additionally, the downstairs fan could only be set to slow, so that didn’t help with the hotness. Besides that we enjoyed our time.

Nice place

The place was nice right around food locations in the South Padre water tower. The only thing I can complain was the pool. The pool was filthy not cleaned the hot tub didn’t work, the beds were Ok probably needs good comfy beds , the fridge worked but not super cold. Other than The issues everything was good.

Decent stay

Overall a great place to stay! The hot tub was not working upon arrival but they had it up and running for day two. The backyard, pool, and front yard had beer cans and paper plates on the ground that were not from us. Even the pool had a styrofoam plate in it. The location of the property is tough to beat and the house itself is perfect for a small group to stay.

Overall Happy

First time staying in South Padre Island for spring break. Will probably not do that again but the listing was exactly what we wanted. Location was perfect. If it was not spring break i bet it would be a nice quiet spot. House was perfect. Would recommend it and definitely stay again.

Great vacation

Nice clean place to stay 
 plenty of things to do around the area 
 beach is less than a five minute walk from the house 
 everything was as described everything you could possibly need is there whether it be the pool and hot tub to cooking utensils or beach chairs umbrellas or toys for the sand 
Rental company contact was amazing. We would definitely recommend and will stay here anytime we are in South Padre Island.

Torres Family Vacation

The house was beautiful. It had everything we needed for our family. The age ranges were from 5 to 66 years old and there was something for everyone. The pool was clean and perfect. The location of the home was close enough to walk to the beach. We will definitely consider this home for our next South Padre Island trip.

Cognito was great!

Home is nicely remodeled, clean, had all the kitchen supplies, towels needed. Pool and hot tub really fun to have. Walk to beach was quick and easy, lots of beach supplies in garage. Only issue is another a/c vent is needed over the living room/dining area. The one vent in entry hall does not cool the entire ground level very well. Had a really nice vacation with my family.

What a great place!

Had a great time at a great house. Plenty of space, and lots of parking! Had an issue with the A/C and the property manager had it fixed the same day! Awesome customer service! Definitely will look at this property for future stays.
