Step inside this carefree beach getaway, a charming retreat just over ½ a block from the Beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping on South Padre Island. This family-friendly townhouse offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and location.
The open-concept ground floor features a Fully Equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a cozy living room. Large doors lead directly from the dining area to the Private Pool & Hot tub, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. A half bathroom is also located on this level.
Upstairs are 3BR, The master bedroom includes a king bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom offers two full size beds comfortably sleeping up to 8 Guests. Two full bathrooms are located upstairs.
Outside, relax by your private pool enjoy the Brick BBQ Pit, or unwind with plenty of seating for lounging and sunbathing. The home also includes Free high-speed Wi-Fi, a One-car garage with Washer and Dryer, and complimentary Beach Gear such as chairs, umbrellas, wagons, and toys.

Our stay here was incredible! The amenities were above and beyond. The baby walker was such an amazing unexpected surprise! We will definitely be returning to this rental. You can definitely tell the hosts go above and beyond for their guests. The pots and pans were excellent quality. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Washer and dryer. Sooo many beach toys you don't need to bring anything. We were very impressed with the attention to detail!

The house worked out great for what we needed on our family get away. The only downside was the older neighbor cleaning his pool in the nude one morning. Kids enjoyed the pool and the house was clean and a great location.

We wanted to take a small trip near the beach with a homebase to relax and enjoy. The location was perfect and had all the amenities we were looking for! All communication was quickly responded to and solutions were swift. Perfect size pool for a small family. The items supplied for the house is abundant from dishes to beach gear there is not much to want for while staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cognito Townhouse. Had everything we wanted; easy access to the beach (<5 min. walk), private pool/jacuzzi and plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

Our stay was outstanding. Nice pool, hot tub heats quickly, good beds... All around great. Only request is to get a good couch in the living room. It's not connected and slides apart, and isn't comfortable. We wanted to hang out more there, but so much room taken by DR table we never used..We would 100% stay again. Very responsive property managers.5 stars, even w the couch

Gorgeous! A great way to relax at SPI.

The property is beautiful! Location is in the middle of the island. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed our stay greatly and plan to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is close to the beach, restaurants, church, and the private pool was perfect for our family. It was also quite handy to have the washer/dryer on site. We would definitely consider renting this property again.
