Newly renovated, highly rated, comfortable and convenient 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath with pool table, ping pong, smart TVs, fast internet, and absolutely all the amenities of home (well-equipped kitchen ready for cooking). Conveniently located to Victor & Canandaigua, Finger Lakes Casino, exit 44 on the NYS Thruway, and shopping / grocery stores. Less than 30 minutes to Rochester, Canandaigua Lake or Bristol Mountain for skiing. Very clean with all the amenities you will need for a wonderful stay.

We had a girls night, the night before my wedding. The house was perfect! Space is beautiful! We said we'd have to come back in the summer to enjoy the deck!Needed to reach out to Mike and the communication between us, was fast and easy!Definitely recommend!

The is a great house! We were in the area for a sporting meet we wanted some place close we could stay, and stretch out for a little family getaway weekend.Mike was great from the start—quick to reply and answer questions. The house was spotless and had plenty of room for the four of us. The basement was awesome, with games and pool and ping pong ball table we all enjoyed. The house was well stocked with every small amenity we could need. It was a great experience. We’ve been talking about taking a visit to the Finger lakes area during the warmer months. When we do, this is where we’ll look to stay. Thanks again, Mike!

The perfect house

My family and I needed a place to stay for a relative’s wedding. The location was perfect and the house was exactly as advertised. Overall, an excellent stay, I would strongly recommend this property to anybody looking for an alternative to hotels.

Family wedding in town

5 adults came together for 5 days. We were well housed and happy with this house. The Kitchen is well equiped.AC was excellent. It was quiet and very clean.

Amazing!

What an awesome and fun place to stay! Check in and check out was easy. Mike was great. The house had so many activities that could be enjoyed by a variety of ages. Perfect for a family, a couple, a group of friends. Can’t recommend this place enough.

This was the perfect house to stay while visiting family! My kids had a great time in the game room, place was very clean and loved the cozy feel! Bonus was the deck outside! Can’t wait to book again!

Excellent home

The property is in a great location to shopping and the highway and still is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and chairs. We highly recommend this home for a great family or small group gathering.

Great property and owner

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this beautifully updated home. There was plenty of room for hanging out and the game room provided a great spot for the kids and adults to have fun. The owner was very kind and responsive to any questions that I had. Also the proximity to stores and the highway was great. We would absolutely stay here again!

A Great Memorable Weekend

We needed a place that was close to Westminster Weddings and Events in Mendon, NY. This was perfect! It is easy to get to and easy access to get to anywhere but not on a busy road, a nice quiet neighborhood. Driveway has space for 4 vehicles. That was helpful for when all the bridesmaids arrived to get ready for the big day. Any guys staying at the place found the game room was the place to be. Playing pool, ping pong and dart board helped pass the time and kept them clear of the ladies. The back yard and deck looked amazing. We didn’t get to use it much due to all the weekend wedding activities elsewhere. Kitchen had a good assortment of pots, pans and dishes & glasses. This place is set up to enjoy not going anywhere. You could easily be comfortable just hanging out and relaxing here.

Excellent

This is an excellent rental. We loved it. Some highlights include: 1. Toilet paper. I hate it when you're given wafer-thin, budget TP that's an embarrassment to hygiene. But this property gave us properly thick toilet paper. 2. Well-appointed kitchen. It had everything we needed and more. Even had an air fryer and an Instant Pot! 3. Game room. The entire basement is a big game room with a ping pong table (amply supplied), pool table (a nice table with lots of sticks), and other stuff like an electronic dart board, games, weights, footballs, and an extra TV. 4. Plenty of supplies. It's a pet peeve of mine when a rental is stingy with towels, soap, and such. This had plenty of the necessities. They even gave you access to their full supply of bath towels instead of just enough to barely get by. And the towels were big and fluffy too. 5. Comfortable beds and pillows. 6. Large backyard deck with shade and lots of seating. There are really no negatives. The only minor things include: the basement is not recently updated like the rest of the house (all the bedrooms and the bathroom are on the main floor), I wish it had a second shower (but that was no surprise, we knew what we were getting), and the bedrooms are only illuminated by lamps, so they are rather dim at night. Overall, it's a great place. And we would gladly stay there again.
