Welcome to this newly built modern Townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This cozy home is impeccably designed for your comfort. Located 3 to 5- minutes' walk away to Hyde Park Mall, hosting major shops, restaurants, banks and other services. It's about 8 to 9-minute drive to Western University and downtown London. And minutes' drive to University Hospital and Masonville Place, the biggest mall in north London, and University Hospital. This brand-new stylish is always cleaned to standard.
The space
We have all the amenities to make you want to extend your stay, such as air conditioning as well as free high speed 2.5 Gigabit Wi-Fi, a 65â Smart TV with Netflix, IPTV etc., and a security system with a camera outside of the home (there is no camera installed inside the home). The kitchen is well-furnished with brand new appliances, in addition to breakfast items. Extra sanitization in place. 2 cars parking with 1 inside the garage for safety.
This brand-new grandeur/stylish townhome is always cleaned to standard. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the home. We use professional cleaning services in between guests to ensure your five-star stay!
The rooms are comfortable with queen and double beds, many extra pillows, comforters, and extra sheets are available if you need to change.
If you leave behind even your hairdryer donât worry, weâve got you one. Our 2 baths give you shampoo and conditioner options too! Many white towels are available.
Need some stimulant to start your morning a BRAUN Coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods is there. We left some tea too just for you, there is sugar, sweetener, and whitener.
High-speed 2.5 Gigabit WiFi internet if you are on a working visit, 65â Smart TV with home theatre speakers for a good movie experience. Watch TV from around the world with our IPTV box.
Need to do some laundry and ironing you are covered. A laundry machine with a detergent and wrinkle-free dryer can be done within the bedrooms area
