Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space

A three-bedroom home on a single level, in Fernhill, just above central Queenstown. The living areas look out to great view of remarks.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, including a master with ensuite, with great view of remarks.

Bathrooms: One full bathroom with standing shower. Laundry is also located inside it. One separated toilet room.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, rice cooker, and benchtop blender.

Balcony: Entry balcony with outdoor table and seating.

The Neighbourhood

Right outside our front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!

It is a very quiet neighbourhood and all the windows are double glazed, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External access only. The apartment is accessed via a short flight of approximately seven exterior stairs leading up to the entry balcony. There are no internal stairs within the property

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
