Amazing stay

Conveniently located near the shops, beautiful view of hot springs, host was amazing and responsive. Highly recommend it. The view of the lake is magical and the accommodation has everything you could possibly need. One of our favorite places.

Great location! Next door to a cafe, steps from a bakery, easy walking to Eat Street and wonderful views. Enjoyed eating meals and spending time on the deck. The unit is a little tired and could use some TLC but overall, a nice stay.

Two night stay

Enjoyed two nights here with my wife and daughter. Place is clean and well appointed. Absolutely love the view of the lake from the deck. There is a nice little café less than 100 m away with good coffee and morning treats. Very close to all things Downtown.

Excellent Rotorua Location

Excellent Rotorua Location. Great View of Lake Rotorua from Balcony. Easy walking distance to Eat Streat. Generously sized living room/dining room and bedrooms. House has great ventilation with windows on three sides. Easy and pleasant communications with host/owner were very helpful. We stayed three nights and prepared breakfasts, lunches, and one dinner at home. Two things to point out: 1. I did not look at the "Pets" section of the listing, under which there was mention of "hiring linens." The host/owner was kind enough to contact me and point it out. For an extra NZ110, she arranged for bed linens and towels, which were fine. 2. This house is a bit rougher around the edges than depicted in the listing pictures. Despite its need for a little TLC, it is livable and suitable.

Great location and lovely view!

The location of this home is excellent! Easy walk to town and a neighborhood bakery and restaurant are only steps away. While overall the stay was great know that a few things are missing, like linens are not included. There is extra fee for that. This isn't published anywhere so we were surprised by the extra fee. The owner tried to advise us in advance but she didn't contact us through the portal so the email was missed. We did appreciate that she took the initiative to have the linens in place for us, but it would have been great if this was part of the property description so we knew before we booked. For some people having a dresser in the bedroom probably doesn't matter. I do like unpacking instead of living out of my suitcase. There are no dressers to store your clothes. She did have four luggage racks to use, so that was helpful. There is only one blow dryer and there was only one bottle of hand soap for the whole place. Other these these few things, everything else was great. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and appliances for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness wasn't the best, but it was fine. The owner was very responsive and was easy to communicate with. I would stay again, but knowing some of these things before I stayed would have been nice to know and that is why I am sharing here. Enjoy your stay! Rotorua is definitely worth the visit!

This is on the web site: PET FRIENDLY ($20pn pet fee applies with own bedding) Hired linen available @ $22pp. .....etc We are not a Motel or Hotel. Most holiday homes are 'bring your own linen' but we can offer the service of hired linen at our cost price which our guests from oversea appreciate especially with bedmaking included. I was unaware that you were not receiving emails on the address you provided that gave you all the information. I am pleased you enjoyed Rotorua from the best possible location.

Rotorua Holiday

We really enjoyed the Penthouse apartment which had a fabulous view of the lake. The Air Conditioning was excellent as it was really hot when we stayed so made my parents and my Sheltie dog very comfortable. Beds were also comfortable and the balcony had a new BBQ which was welcome :) Would recommend A+

Excellent location and view

Great location and loved the spa pool on the deck with views over the steamy geothermal areas. Well presented bedrooms and lovely spacious lounge area. Kitchen a bit dated with not a lot of kitchen equipment but still very useable.

Lovely property in excellent location close to town and the lake. The spa was amazing and it was a lovely view overlooking the lake and seeing steam from geysers down below. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great location although the neighbouring house isn't very nice and unfortunately the outlook from the spa isn't overlooking the lake...a few undesirable houses. Very nice though and the property itself is fantastic with 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The only negative comment would be that the oven probably hasn't been cleaned for some time and to use it, we needed to open most of the doors and windows!

Location is awesome, took us 5 mins to walk to town and was quiet the nights we stayed.

Location is awesome, took us 5 mins to walk to town and was quiet the nights we stayed. The apartment is well stocked, the beds comfy. The breakfast selection is good! Only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars was the patchy wi-fi connection which we seemed to lose on the second afternoon, however would definitely stay again!!

Great location, great property - 3 good sized bedrooms each with en suite, and large comfortable open-plan living area. We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay and it was a bonus to have the spa on the deck with beautiful views out over the lake. Would definitely stay again.
