BEAUTIFUL LAKEFRONT HOME ON TOLEDO BEND WITH DOCK! HIGH-SPEED WI-FI!

Our house is a lovely 4 bedroom 3.5 bath lakefront home, completed in 2020 on over an acre of land! We are located in the Fairmount Community, which is right around the corner from a grocery store, deli restaurant, Ace hardware store, liquor store and car wash. With over 2400 sq. ft of main living space, we offer a large open concept family room and kitchen for entertaining and relaxing with many guests. The Lake view is amazing because of floor to vaulted ceiling windows in the family room, out of which you might even spot a bald eagle flying high in the sky around the tall trees! The main floor sleeps 9-10 comfortably with a king size bed in the main master suite, a queen and twin in the second master suite and queen beds in the two other bedrooms. We have a large game room above the garage with a pool / ping pong table for your enjoyment! The game room sleeps 7 with a queen bed, a full bed and a bunk that sleeps two on the bottom and one on the top.

The fully stocked well equipped kitchen has all that you need to cook a meal which you all can enjoy at the comfortable dining room table or island bar after a full day on the water. We have a large tv in the family room where you can access live tv or many smart apps.

We provide two covered patios with a beautiful view and a nice sitting deck and a floating dock on the water in which to lounge in the sun. And for the colder months, enjoy our in-ground fire pit! Our house is on a nice, quiet cove of the lake which allows for swimming and great fishing right off the dock! Feel free to bring your boat and hook to our dock for the duration of your stay. There is a public boat launch just minutes away.
The lake is full of bass, perch, crappie and catfish!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our late summer get away at this beautiful lake house! Lots to do with the access to the lake and the hammocks, floats and kayaks on property. It is a beautiful quiet spot on the water and the house is perfect!

Excellent place to stay on Toledo Bend.

8 fishermen spent 5 nights and had plenty parking in the u shaped drive way for trucks and boat trailers. The house had plenty room to make everyone comfortable. The place is located in a quiet cove and the boat dock worked out well to leave and charge boats on the water. Thank you!

Nice location and has all the features as advertised. Definitely plan on bringing your food with you as there are few options for dining out. Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of separation from the neighbors.Furnishings are nice inside but the outdoor furniture is in need of maintenance or replacement.Great being able to park in the huge garage in the heat of summer.Fishing off the dock was very slow except for plenty of small perch.

Great communication with host. The house was perfect for our large group. The long circle drive made parking our boats very easy. Just a short trip down the road to the nearest boat ramp. Definitely would stay here again.

Family Get-Away

Our family of 11 stayed in this lovely home and couldn't have enjoyed it more. We love the open kitchen, dining, and family area and even with all of us in one room, it never felt crowded. This was our second time at this home and we hope to return again next year. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.

Great Stay!

Beautiful home with ample room for our large family. The home was clean with well stocked kitchen. So nice being right on the water with a nice dock to keep boat on site and we all had a great time swimming, floating and fishing.Hostess was very pleasant and addressed any issues very quickly. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home on the lake for the whole family

This home was perfect for our parents 50th wedding anniversary getaway. There was more than enough room to fit our whole family. The house is beautiful & very clean. The cove the house is in was perfect for the kids to swim in and even big enough to tube in. The owners were amazing at getting back to us when we messaged them. Highly recommend this place for your next family trip on Toledo!

Family Christmas

This was a central location for our Texas and Louisiana family to meet for the Christmas holiday and it was perfect in every way. Plenty of space for everyone both inside and outside. Great open kitchen; large dining table and lovely main room with a view of the lake. We all agreed it would be fun to return to again.
