Dear Margaret, Unfortunately, as you mentioned, you did not make this reservation yourself but had a friend do it and you had never reviewed the suite specifications in advance. Our listing clearly states it is a one bedroom with one queen bed and additional options for extra guests such as couches and air mattresses. As stated when we spoke multiple times: the address, entry code, and instructions for your stay were sent to you via the VRBO app & VRBO emails well before check-in time and are recoded at 1pm in the VRBO system. As you already know, the 6:30 PM address provision was an extra courtesy once you let us know that you dont refer to VRBO provided information. Other info provided to you included that blankets were in beautiful and accessible baskets in the master bedroom & that the suite’s “endless hot water“ spa shower is heated by tankless & takes a few minutes to warm up at first, then followed by endless hot water. Landscaping services do occur as with every residence, vacation home, & hotel in the world. We went out of our way to express to you through phone calls & personal texting, since you don’t use the VRBO info, to let us know if there was anything needed. There was no call or request or indication of any issues, which we could have immediately educated or rectified. We even offered a one night refund because of your miscommunication with your friend about the 1 bedroom specifications. We take pride in our unusually high quality property, our hosting, and our otherwise 100% five star ratings. We hope that if you continue to utilize VRBO, that you will familiarize yourself with the Info and guidance that VRBO makes available.
