Little Stone House in the Heart of Murfreesboro

This cute two-bedroom, two-bath sits in the heart of Murfreesboro. Less than 10 minutes from I-24 and less than 4 minutes from Downtown and MTSU. Both rooms have their own full baths and plenty of closet space. The home was recently renovated. Master Bedroom has a queen bed and the guest has two full bunks with TVs in both bedrooms. 50" Flatscreen TV in the living room with wifi and streaming TV. The kitchen comes ready to serve with all the essentials. The laundry has a new washer/dryer.

The floor plan is a quaint open space that is perfect for family time, cooking, or getting a little work done. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. We are set up for long term stays for families in between housing or those moving into the area. We are also a perfect fit for short stays in Murfreesboro.

There is plenty of parking for two cars in the driveway. Entrances to the house include the front and back doors. The house provides easy access to Memorial Blvd and 41a, both of which are major roadways that connect to I-24 and I-840.

The Little Stone House is nestled in a little old neighborhood right off of Memorial Boulevard. If you are a walker you can make a right out of the driveway and there are lots of little neighborhood streets safe for walking you can explore. You are also within walking distance from several restaurant options along with a CVS and a fantastic breakfast spot Donut Country.

The house is located off of Memorial Blvd in the middle of town and close to everything. In the opposite direction of Memorial, you can walk into the older subdivisions if you have a pet and want to go on walks. Parking is available in the driveway, enough for several cars.

Please leave the house respectfully tidy for the cleaner who will come in after you.

Check drawers, cabinets, closets, and decks for any personal belongings.
Leave the Sheets. Pile the Towels.
Leave the sheets on the bed. If you have time, pile all used towels in the bathrooms.

Please take out the trash if it contains food that might smell.
