Welcome to the Summit Haven Retreat! Modern living only 2 miles from MTSU and a 29-mile commute to the Nashville International Airport! Bring your family and fur babies*, and enjoy the quiet and convenience of our quaint, family neighborhood. All the conveniences of home. So central to all the great shopping and restaurants that the Boro has to offer. Luxurious bedding with super comfortable mattresses for that much needed R&R after a long day of Nashville fun! Blackout and near blackout curtains throughout for late sleepers. Fast broadband internet with free wifi during your stay. We have an electronic lock which also makes it easy for last minute reservations. Summit Haven Retreat is a private duplex w/shared back yard.

*Pet Stay Fee is $15/Night/Pet
We do have a pet crate policy for this home. When dogs are left unattended we ask that they remain in their crates. If you don’t have one, let us know in advance and we can provide a clean crate for $10 per day rental. We also request that the dogs stay off the furniture and beds. We (and future guests) appreciate your compliance with our pet policy.

Wow!! What at great house in a convenient location. The beds were very comfortable. We ended up with a plug-in hybrid rental car, it was a nice surprise to see the vehicle charger. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our Murfreesboro stay. Very clean and comfortable. Everything was well-stocked - we had everything we needed and more. Brought our puppy and she settled in like home. We appreciated that reasonable pet fee. Jonathan's communication was amazing - he answered our questions immediately! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Great location - short distance from anything you want or need.

Great Place to Stay

The property was nice, in a quiet area, and very well stocked (towels, soap, dishes, additional bedding, etc.) I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to visit Murfreesboro or the surrounding area.

Great stay

We were in town for a car show and had a wonderful stay. The street was super quiet, bed was comfy. This was one of the nicest homes we have stayed in, house was clean and nicely decorated, we would definitely stay here again next year!

Rest stop

We needed a safe place to stop and relax for a day while driving across 6 states with all my work tools and trailer. The location, house, safety, check in/out and communication were all exceptional! We may stay here on the way back if available.

Quiet retreat for family

Our family had a relaxing place to go during the holiday fun. AC works great. Neighborhood is pleasant. Dana and Jonathan have done a great job setting up a beautiful stay. We only needed groceries and luggage. Everything else was there. I will recommend this to my family and friends visiting middle Tennessee.

Great Stay in Tennessee

First time VRBO stay. Process was easy, communication with managers was great and house worked perfect for us. Very quiet neighborhood and close to stores, restaurants, etc. We will be back next year and will certainly stay here again if dates align.

Cute spot with great amenities!

Very cute house, one of the nicest rentals I’ve stayed in. They had lots of good amenities (coffee, breakfast foods, toiletries) and high quality linens. They were very accommodating with our dogs. We only stayed overnight on a road trip - lots of food options available around. Would recommend!

5 Stars – A Perfect Fall Break Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely home during our quick Fall Break vacation! It truly felt like a home away from home. The house is located in a quiet, charming neighborhood and was just minutes away from all the activities we came to enjoy in Murfreesboro. From the moment we arrived, we noticed how thoughtfully stocked everything was—bottled water, snacks, seasonings, plenty of dishes, and even all the essentials for the fire pit! There were more than enough bath towels, extra bed linens, and the soap and other basics were fully provided. One major plus: the AC worked perfectly—which is always a relief! We also really appreciated that there wasn’t a huge cleaning fee. We didn’t mind tidying up ourselves—it felt more personal and respectful of the space. Overall, this home was clean, cozy, and extremely well-prepared for guests. Excellent place to stay—we will absolutely be back again! Highly recommend!

Cozy and Convenient

The king bed is very comfortable, the pots and pans are very easy to clean after home cooked meals, the neighborhood is very quiet, and it's very close to a Kroger and Walmart with plenty of food options in the area to pick up at for convenience. The owners are very friendly and quick to respond to our needs. My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay.

Horse Show

Very clean and was perfect for my daughter and I. The location to the Millar Horse and Science Arena could not have been better. The cherry on top was the mini 1/2 n 1/2s in the fridge for my morning coffee.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time staying here & visiting our family in Murfreesboro. The home was very clean & had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked & well equipped to cook basic meals for our family. The dishes were clean and in good condition. The tap water does not have any weird smell. There were plenty of small cups and dishes for serving children. Overall, I recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful & quiet stay with our without small children. I will definitely consider staying here in the future when we come back to visit our family.

Nice say in Murfreesboro

Nice cozy property, good location, comfortable beds with room darkening curtains so you sleep very well here. The property owners were there when we arrived installing a new TV as the old one had broken. Very friendly and welcoming. We don't watch TV but I'm sure plenty of guests would appreciate having a TV. The property owners are very responsive and want to make your stay a good one. If you are in Murfreesboro we recommend this property, you won't be disappointed.

My family is made up of native Nashvillians, and the rest of us have grown up here. We've seen Nashville change from a quiet country town, to a busting metropolis that we scarcely recognize every time we visit downtown!
Our family loves traveling and visiting new places and especially other cultures! We also love movies (with one student in college for art, and the other studying film both at local universities)! Our youngest is still figuring out what he wants to do (for he has time), and he would love to talk to you about it if you give him the chance! :)
Our hosting personalities are to give you a peaceful, clean, and comfortable place to relax and spend time with families, whether you are visiting our great city or needing a place to stay because of home renovation or in town for work! We are happy to host you and look forward to a no drama and no surprises fees after you book or leave! As long as you treat our homes well, we are more than happy to treat you well!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This neighborhood is great! The home is a brilliantly designed, private duplex on the end of a short culdesac next to a high school in a pleasant area of Murfreesboro. On the northern side of Murfreesboro, it is a short distance from the local airport, a busy soccer complex, and more although you wouldn't know it from the peaceful location! It is a quiet neighborhood, but just minutes away from the action. We love it, and from our reviews, it appears our guests love it too!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Although it is a duplex, it's brilliantly designed with the bedrooms on the outside walls, so the only adjoining wall is the dining room and kitchen wall. The location is great, which explains why the neighbor has rented for years, and used to rent our home, but now rents the nextdoor matching duplex. We offer LG stackable washer and dryer in each home (I LOVE THEM!), little snacks and bottled water to refresh you upon arrival from your long drive in! The driveway is also long, and can accommodate larger vehicles than many other homes, just ask!
As hosts, we want you to enjoy your stay, so if something isn't great, PLEASE let us know and we are happy to fix it!
