Great older home that has been renovated and updated. Clean and really appreciated having 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, washer/dryer, an BBQ. Huge back yard and being in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything makes it ideal for families. Susan was super responsive throughout the booking and during the visit. So much to see and do in the area we hope to come back soon!

Bill, so pleased the setup worked well for your family - those four bedrooms and the big backyard really do make a difference when you've got everyone together. Rotorua has a way of surprising people with how much there is to explore, so we'd love to have you back when you're ready for round two. The InnList Team

Access was appalling- never given correct access code as was told property had not been paid in full. I had paid in full a month prior to our visit. Almost everything in the house was faulty. I finally got an access code I think from the cleaners. Won't be using book a Bach any time soon as they don't appear to have enough info about the property they are advertising

Nice house in a quiet but convenient neighborhood

We enjoyed our short stay in the middle of a quiet neighborhood that was a quick drive to everything in town. The house was as advertised; spacious and clean. Our stay was too short to really settle in, but we had everything we needed while we were there.
