Upon entering the gates of Sea Pines, you'll instantly feel like you're on vacation! There are over 20 miles of bike/walking trails, 3 golf courses, tennis/pickle ball courts, equestrian facility, boating, kayaking, several restaurants and shops, Harbour Town, and of course, beautiful beaches.

You really can't beat the location of 'The Salty Villa'. The South Beach Marina is right next door where you'll find The Salty Dog Cafe, a legendary Hilton Head bar and restaurant with a huge outdoor area on the water with tables and live music every night. There are shops, ice cream, restaurants, and fun to be had by all! You'll also have beach access right across the dead-end street. There will be beach towels, a beach bag, cooler and beach chairs waiting for you to hit the beach! If you’re not feeling the beach, there is a pool a 1-2 minute walk away (additional fee).
